I always order the more expensive pizzas from this particular Little Caesars and they never had these pizzas premade and available when I wanted them. I used to have to wait for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on how slammed they were, for my pizza to be made. But then I learned that I can order anything I want ahead of time on their website and they have always had the pizza I ordered ready when I got to the restraunt.I don't even have to wait in line to pick up my order either. Little Caesars has a heated, self operated "portal" that they place my pizza in. They send me an emailed notification telling me that my pizza has been loaded into this portal as well as giving me a code to use to open the portal from my end and take out my order. Pretty cool.
Food was great! We ordered one of the cookie dough brownies as well. Unfortunately whoever bagged our order put the brownie in with the hot bread, causing it to be a gooey mess.
I love there pizza and bread sticks great to stop in grab dinner on my way home
For Pi Day I got an Extra Most Burnest
Was planning on getting something fast. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and one three meat. They told me it would be 8-10 minutes. I went and waited in my car when the 10 minutes past I went in and my order had not been ready. I waited nearly an hour. All they did was give me a free 2 liter.
Not deserving of a 1 star. If you’re going to hire people, at least hire them with work ethics. Your “employees” also represent your company. This store is a joke, take your business elsewhere.
The service I received today was very disappointing and disrespectful. Rude customer service. I work with people myself and it seems that Management really needs to work with their employees and teach them how to respect their customers. A zero is what I would give to this Pasco location If I could..
Horrible service. Was there a couple days ago, stopped by for a single pepperoni pizza and 3 orders of breadsticks. Was told it was going to be 10 minutes. Waited in the car and at the 8 minute mark I went back inside to check. The lady that took my ordered checked and told me it wasn’t ready yet. I waited in the lobby. And kept on seeing many customers come in, order and get their name called for their food. Waited about 25/30 minutes in total and asked the lady again since I seen that my order could be made with the hot and ready products. She said my order was not ready and finally after asking if she could just make it with what was on the hot and ready rack she completed my order. Wasted $30 worth of coffee drinks I had previously bought since I chose little ceasars for their “fast” service and was late to my plans. Horrible experience. Going elsewhere next time.
Ordering is done online and a message sent to you with a code for pick. Basically you can order from your car (online) wait for the code, walk in, enter your code, and the door with your order items opens. Grab and go. No interaction with anyone.Pretty slick process!
Fast and friendly people. The woman managing the store was training a younger gentleman at the counter. A couple computer issues happened during my order. Without stress or panic, or loss of customer service, they fixed the problems in the system quickly and I was out the door with dinner and a smile in 10 minutes.
