This was a very clean restaurant. The staff was polite and courteous. The service was a little slow but they had a steady stream of customers. The chicken was cooked through unlike the one in Ontario Oregon where I ordered chicken and it was still pink inside and the service was not the best and isn't as clean as this establishment is. This also seems to be a family run business which I believe is a good thing, I feel they take pride in their business.
Super slow. Had to wait at the side in drive through. Got order wrong(cookie and drink). But food was on point. Beyond fried chicken was quite good!
Pretty close to the worst customer service I've ever had. When we pull up to place our order the 1st thing the voice said over the speaker was what do you want. Took our order and rudely says, pull up. Pull up to the window and told our total. Paid and were pretty much thrown our food with no thank you, have a good day, nothing. Won't be back.
Unsatisfactory! Placed order, moved up, paid, and got change, missing coins. No explanation and no offering to round in my favor. Then drove away to find out they substituted my fries with cold slaw and Mac & cheese. It reminds me of visiting the Philippines, where I would expect 3-world service.
Lobby still closed. Order was minus an item and it was difficult to get corrected because the Lobby is closed except for phone orders. They quickly gave me the missing item but it took a few minutes just to be noticed.
I will never go here again. I was over charged had to wait way over the time they said the wait was to long because they forgot about usNo sauces. Or butter. manager angel was not willing to fix any of these problems said I could drive all the way back for the sauces if you order the 20.00 dollar family meal watch out they charge you 27.59 for an 8 piece even tho it was clearly advertised for the 20 meal.
Drive through order. Classic chicken sandwich meal with coleslaw, Mac & cheese, etc. Got spicy chicken.?. I live an hour away and found out 1/2 way home. So much for dinner. Not worth drive back. They will be getting it back tomorrow.
I pulled up to the drive thru I was told to hold on and I did. I kept hearing barking noises and Then when I was given the go ahead to order and as I tried to order and whoever was working the headset belched through the intercom. I was absolutely disgusted. I have spent many years in food service and never have I experienced such a bad service. You guys must be so desperate to allow such awful people to work for you

We ordered the 8 piece bucket to be delivered by grubhub. The chicken and sides were good....but...we should have gotten 4 biscuits. None! Could not find a phone # for grubhub and their on line crud has no way to report missing items. So I called KFC. The phone guy hung up on me! Will not be ordering from them again !
