Did an online order, and when I went to go pick up the place was closed so I proceeded to the drive thru. 3 cars later I got to the window and they handed me my order, missing curly fries, my son apple juice to his meal and didn’t get some free churros that I had used a coupon for it was a pretty [email protected] messed up order. I had ordered a black hot coffee and they also didn’t have it!! It took for ever to get to the window for my food! This was not the first time either. I have ordered food from this location before and had missing items!! Not going back again!!
I came around 12 p.m and ordered a $6 munchie meal box. The sandwich was so overcooked that I didn't even attempt to eat it. The chicken was hard, so we're the onion rings and bun.
I have came here at 0230, 0300, 0400 on separate occasions and this Jack in the Box is always closed. Online it says that you're open 24hrs, but when I come youre always closed. I would lole the number to your Corporate office to find out why this is
On March 11th, 2022 at 6:20 pm, I ordered 3 large combo meals, a large strawberry shake an 2 regular tacos. When handing out the food at home, I realized they had forgot the 2 tacos. Not a huge thing, mistakes happen. What I consider to be ill business practice is this.When I tried to call and explain the oversight, all I kept getting was a busy signal from until giving up. I don't understand businesses today. No one wants to work and those that do don't want to have deal with amy kind of an issue. Pay them more money for doin g far less than adequate service. At least the crew was friendly, but put the phone on the hook so you can receive calls and be apprised of mistakes made along the way.
Cant believe how lazy the lady who made our order was. our tacos was cold and probably been sitting there all day not even no meat the cheese wasn’t melted either ? make sure to check your food before leaving the place?
Asked for 2 tacos Easy lettuce when i saw the tacos i kid not i had 2 pieces of lettuce in both tacos lol and both tacos were cracked open from the bottom also asked for a water and received a sprite. Would have been nice if I could drink soda.
Did not follow instructions at all. No condiments. Multiple flavors of soda were served with the syrup having run out. Didn't get everything we paid for. Probably the worst fast food experience I've had in this decade, and that's coming from a fat girl too depressed to cook.
It was 11:16pm I was at the court street drive thru a lady told me I have to wait 10-15 min because they were restocking? They helped the guy in front of me and It wasn’t busy. I’ve worked at a jack in the box before on nights and we never stopped taking orders or so we shouldn’t stop taking orders. I wait in the parking lot any way and 8 minutes pass by and I noticed they began taking orders through the drive thru. I go in the line, a man assists me “what’s your order” I order a munchie meal “oh we don’t have tacos so it’s just going to be the burger and the halfsie fries” he proceeds to put down separately the burger and the fries, total comes out to $7.01 I let him know it’s a higher price to put it separately compared to $6.52 after tax for the price put down together…. I waited his response…. I tell him never mind he says “sorry”. I am usually patient about things like this but I had just got off work, I live 26 minutes out. I don’t like it when people lie to me needing 10 minutes to restock. They are an hour into their shift and feel the need to stop one person so they can get a break… It’s not easy working fast food…I get it they already get breaks as is or so they should take their breaks by law. So please don’t make people wait if they don’t have to.
It's a really cool place to stop and get gas and food. The customer service was really nice too.
Looked up how late they are open. It said 24 hrs. It is now 3:08 and we went through the drive through and they are absolutely closed. Not a person in sight. We drove from Richland because they were backed up. Wasted gas. Don't say you are open 24hrs when you arent.
