Came to Ihop at 730 to beat the rush. We were sat immediately but then sat for 20-25 waiting on our server. No one came until I went up and asked for our server. Then after ordering we sat another 30-35 minutes for food. As people around us got sat and served my husband and I became very angry and decided to get up and walk out. We let the hostess know and she didn’t seem to care. There are way too many young people working here who don’t care about great service!
They were packed, but service was friendly and efficient. Food was really good as always

Was served eggs so raw the whites were clear and then told I should have ordered them “medium well instead of medium”. Medium well isn’t even a way to cook eggs. Wasn’t offered cooked eggs. Nothing. Never blame a customer for being served raw food. Horrible service here we will not be back.
Honestly food was good not even just the pancakes i had a burger and it was not bad wish they had more then just sauce but very tasty none the less
Ordered for pick up only to watch the restaurant close and they ignore my food all wrapped up in a bag ready for curbside pickup. Finially went and knocked on the door because no one answers thier phone to get our food. I called to talk to someone this morning about it only no one answered the phone again. What happened to customer service? Why do i have to feel bad ordering from you? Not right
I usually order an omelet when I go to Ihop because they have great omelets . I had the Spicy Poblano, which is my favorite (and when they say spicy, they mean spicy!). Probably a few to many peppers, but still good. We received great, courteous service, and our food came in a very timely manner. Also, I was impressed that they allowed me to substitute a salad for the hash browns and toast since I am on a low-carb diet.
Server sucked food was good. Food was hot but, didn't get my order correct didn't bring all our food. We had to ask her for the rest of our food. Other then that food was good.
I was really surprised to see this place was not really busy. The service was very good. The food was also and the prices were very reasonable. I had no complaints at all and would definitely return.
