We called Huesitos over two weeks ago and explained that we need about thirty feet of curbing and rock done for our landscaping. It took them five days to call back for someone to come out to our house. Then, we finally got the guy to come out to take the official measurements. He told me he would send the information on to his manager who would then email us the final cost of this job. It took 5 days and four calls for us to finally get an “answer” for our estimate. After speaking to the same lady on the phone four different times, the guy who came to do measurements finally reached out to me to let me know that they do not offer curbing for less than 100 feet. Soooo, now we are back to where we started. Huesitos has now lost of business. This was incredibly frustrating and should not be this difficult to communicate with a landscaper. And no job should be too small for a company that promotes themselves as landscapers.
Had a stone fence installed a few months ago. They did a decent job, but I started seeing erosion issues on one side where it is sloped. My rep basically said it is not covered by warranty and that if I don't add some sort of drainage asap it will get worse and collapse. It seems like something they should have been aware of and suggested when installing the fence seeing how they are the experts. Regardelss, I asked for quotes on drains and was told there are 2 options that would work. I was only quoted for one option, which wasn't the one I wanted to go with and when I asked for a quote on the other option I never heard back again despite calls and emails. Very frustrating company to work with.
Quick, friendly service. I had them thatch and aerate my lawn. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Priced very fair!
Had these guys build a fence for us. They did a high quality job on the block wall but the concrete thresholds where the gate is going was a struggle. We reached out multiple times and it was hard to get anyone to follow up with our concerns. They had drove a wheelbarrow through the fresh concrete and left the tire tracks without smoothing it back outlWhen they try to do a patch job it was already falling apart the next day. We would not pay the final amount until the issue was resolved and they refused to come out and rather try and send it to collections. After finally getting them to come out and fix it correctly, they demanded payment on the spot, which we did pay but the way they made us wait for months for them to come back and not have them return our calls makes me feel like I shouldn’t have been rushed to pay but whatever.. that’s their style of customer service. The ladies in the office were always polite and would relay messages but the supervisors in the field had poor follow through.We will call someone else next time for our other properties.
The staff is friendly, receptionist Yvette is very nice. When you first walk in she has a friendly smile and acknowledges you immediately. Lupita is super nice, friendly, professional, kind and attentiveTony was professional, quick with his response in getting back to my Husband Terry. Francisco was helpful with suggestions and all our questions.The young men that came to do the work Jose, Otilio were hard working, professional and respectful. Very nice folks came and fixed stuck sprinkler valve.
Day one they didn’t show up for appointment.. one week later scheduled appointment didn’t show up again . Sod machine broke down .. Next day it was done poorly and for months I complained on how bad it looked and that the sod was dying , I was told to wait and give it a chance .. 10 months later it’s completely dead and will not cover it since warranty is expired . Even though months prior I kept being told someone would come out and bring new sod . Will not recommend and took their name off my fence since my new home was advertisement for them no thanks . 10 months later my back yard looks terrible!!! Very unsatisfied !
These guys are so busy (which is a sign they do good work) that it takes a while for them to get back to you. It took 3 phone calls and a week of no response until we finally got an appointment and someone to come out. But in the end, I’m happy with their service.Jesus was great when he came to help with my sprinkler system. I can’t speak for the rest of the employees though.
The customer service of this company is HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I called at the beginning of the season to get my sprinkler system turned on that they installed at the end of last year. After three broken promises/missed dates (which they never called to tell me they we not coming) they finally came to turn them on/finalize the install. The only reason why they came was because I was also asking to get a quote for a fence.A month later, I start having issues with one of my sprinkler zones not shutting off and flooding my flower bed, so I give them a call for help. The lady I spoke with said she would call her “project manager” and call me right back....no call back. So I called the next morning and was told that someone would be calling me to schedule a service call, guess what.... no call.This company is the last company to call for your landscaping needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
