I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for energy drinks and coffee lovers! The service was above and beyond, and the variety of coffee along with energy drinks that they served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must-visit! Not to mention, their muffins tops are mouthwatering. Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend.
98% of the time my drink is perfect. A couple times the vanilla was left out of my drink. The staff is almost always upbeat and friendly.
It was awesome servers are always nice and drink is always made fast. Always tastes well just a great place for a drink

I go here every day sometimes more. I have to have the best drink everyday. Staff is amazing as well.
To preface this: I’m an avid Dutch enjoyer and I only have problems 1/10 times, which is ok in my book. But today I for a large LIGHT ICE Golden Eagle. They gave me a medium the first time which is no big deal. The problem is when they “fixed” my drink just poured it into a large and FILLED my cup with ice instead of remaking it or just adding to the previous drink.
Lines alwaysed backed to the street with no line management. Slow at making drinks all the time. Went around to make sure theine was even and everyone is getting out faster on the other side. This place us absolutely garbage.
Went to this location today 1/8/22 and one of the drive thru windows was closed leaving just one line with about 15 cars in it, so I went to the walk up window which this location has. I'm only person in this line. My order is taken right away, it was two large double chocolate blended. I look to see the cars in the drive thru line, a white car pulls up at the very back of the line/about 16 cars away. 15 minutes later of me standing I still haven't got my order. A new person comes up to the window, orders their order, gets one of their drinks instantly. Car that showed up in line after I had taken my order has now already left, they serve 3 more cars in the drive thru. At this point I was about to just tell a worker to cancel my order. About 30 seconds after that I get my order. Like I understand wanting to work on getting the drive thru line shortened, but a walk up line should not be neglected entirely just to get the line shorter. The only reason I went to the walk up window was cause there was no one there in line so I'm expecting to be able to get served my drinks faster, if I was gonna have to wait even longer, I would have just stayed in my car.
They were very busy when we got here. The got through the line fairly quickly. Order was accurate and perfect as usual.
My card kept declining although there was money on it. The Dutch bros app made it easier to pay for my drinks and the baristas were super patient and nice as I transfered money onto the Dutch Pass. Excellent customer service.
