I went there to get a couple of Blizzard treats. When I arrived at the drive through there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me so I thought there would be a waiting period since it was around 5pm. I was wrong!!! I was up to the window picking my treats up in less than 2 minutes, they were very fast. Plus the guy at the window gave excellent service, he was funny and friendly and fast without making me feel rushed.Over all it was a very good experience and we will be back.
Went to Dq this past weekend after Burger King screwed my order up and thought no way can they mess it up not two places in a row. Boy was I wrong got home to finally have a meal nope even after repeating it back they were just mentally incapable of getting the order right. They rather flip blizzards up side down for some odd reason then just get the order right.
Mint chip shake did not have much mint in it. Peanut buster parfaits were seriously lacking the fudge in them, I didn't think you could screw those up but you managed to find a way. Every time we order blizzards they are not mixed well and the bottom half is just vanilla ice cream without any flavors. I will never bring my family back to this DQ again.
Ordered just a Cheeseburger. Took it out of pkg and it was hot. Tried to take a bite and it litterly burnt my lips/tongue. Had to spit it. They MICROWAVED the burger too hot.! Microwaved? Wth?
On a downward slope! My mother and I stopped in to a place that has been special to us, Dairy Queen. Dad used to take the family to the DQ that used to be on Court St; the owner would come out and chat with each of the customers. Well, those days are past. Today’s visit was painful, from the long wait (waiting on the food, not to order), the poor communication skills of the employee (unsure if they understood English), and receiving the wrong items (a reoccurring problem). I doubt I will be going back. BUYER BEWARE!
My Granddaughter and I are always greeted with respect and helped promptly.
We were there during our visit our daughter. We don't have this restaurant in SLO,CA. We really enjoy the ice cream and shake.
Food was normal Dairy Queen, but watch out folks, they are charging for large paper bags if your order doesn't fit in a regular sized one.
A lot better service and friendlier service the news will nice to see they've always been friendly don't mistake me but they seem more know-how and knowledgeable at the same time good food good service
