Got the kids taco, gave me barely any rice and beans and only gave me cheese and chicken in my taco. They only gave me 3 pieces of chicken. When looking at my friends meal (normal quesadilla) she got the same amount of rice and beans-which was very little- I’m very dissatisfied definitely not worth the cost.

I got the nachos from Costa Vida and it was super good, Costa is a guilty pleasure for sure, just a bit pricey but well worth it. The employees at this location are very nice and they will help you out.

Great place for chicken or steak mexican/ American style salads. Get a large. Also make sure to download the app for points, every time your points Max's out you are able to trade it in for 4$ cash and it keeps stacking so you could have 20/50$ in rewards. Just have to scan your receipt.

Online orders aren’t made until you walk in the store and give them your name. Walk-ins are given priority over online orders placed well in advance. I was a regular customer, but won’t be back due to the poor service and lack of convenience.

The employees at the time made the rating. Very nice, professional, had manners & showed they care about customers ! ( very much qualities that lack in most employess & many customers as well ) other wise it a Costa Vida like others

Fresh food, made to order. The tortilla was made when I ordered. Good quality, with multiple options for several ingredients combinations. Chile Verde was well worth it. Well be returning for more.

You guys left a bunch of “Free Queso & Chips” cards under the wiper of my truck. I didn’t see them and when I hit my wipers most of them went flying all over the road. That’s not a good way to attract customers.

This is a newer location I visited. The staff was very friendly. Food was great, like I would expect. I liked that I didn't have to wait in a huge line. Everything seemed to flow very well. The tables were clean.

Pretty expensive and quality isn't that great. All of the meats were extremely dried out and one of the workers forgot our tacos on the grill whole helping other people

So, I just had I think the worst meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I ordered a steak salad with extra steak. The kid took the bin of “steak” which was almost empty and dumped all the remaining contents into a bowl. He then handed it to the girl making it and said it was steak with 2 extra ounces. When I opened it, it was nothing but dried up tiny burned ends that I can’t imagine my dog would eat let alone a human. I understand it’s hard to get decent employees now days but this is almost comically ridiculous.
