The young Hispanic lady wearing glasses who worked on May 12, 2022, drive-through Pasco, Bruchi's was the most unprofessional person I have ever treated me so poorly and disrespectful. As she handed me my order I kindly asked her for extra sauce she slammed the window came practically threw two fry sauce at me. I asked her are you upset.again slammed the window in my face and stormed off. Very Very rude and unprofessional.

Food was cooked fresh which I liked. Took me a minute to figure out the menu because I hadn't been there in a while and forgot the meat part was separate. Fries where served hot and my dinner partner shared that was pretty normal. Only bad thing was the cleanliness, maybe I'm to picky but the table was a little sticky, and the floor. The garbage was also overflowing in the dining area and it's located near the condiments.
Found a fly in my salad.

Staff is so incredibly rude. My experience was with a girl who worked drive thru tonight who wore glasses and she was just awful.
Not sure why they don’t have a 5 star.. they exceeded my expectations on cheesesteak sandwiches. Variety of options . Much better than subway. Best sandwiches ever
Some great burgers here if you've only had the sandwiches give them a try.
