Used to LOVE this place when it was Roaster's. I don't know what they changed, but when Black Rock took over, their coffee went way downhill. I don't know if it's substandard coffee? If it's substandard flavoring? Definitely don't like it anymore. If I can find a coffee place where you can go inside to sit (other than Starbucks - hate that place), then we'll be switching places.
Rude staff member at window. Dont know her name, but it was earlier in day on Friday. Black hair and thick black false eyelashes. No smile, no thank you. Thecoffee was so hot i couldnt hold or touch it, handed it back to her. She argued about how they came. Told her twice to take it back i couldnt hold it. Almost dropped it handing it to her before she finaly took it and almost dropped it herself. Rude, deadpan face, tolledher eyes. The situation only improved when a guy stepped in and took over. Same rude girl as before. Ive had three horrific service timrs with her, and i wont be back. Everytime a supervisor or coworker intervenes because they see she is rude. Obvipusly retraining doesnt help. Not only will i not return i will post everywhete about my experience there. A bad coffee is one thing, but rude service and being handed a cup with loose lid and so hot i cant touch is another. And didnt dawn on her to offer to take the coffee and put on a sleeve or seco d cup, or even offer to remake it. When i asked to remake she said. Tbry ate all thathot. Again, no sorry, no smile, no thank you . Only an eye roll to a coworket. Pathetic. Jana
Roasters isn't Roasters anymore...it's Black Rock Coffee....they all are. They have a conversion chart where you can pick your former Roasters favorite drink and they make it Black Rock style. I ordered the equivalent of a Milky Way with extra caramel....what I got was nothing like a Milky Way...nor did it have extra caramel. I didn't taste any caramel at all. They drizzled what looked like chocolate syrup on the sides of the cup... But no caramel. Tasted awful. Oh, as an extra bonus...prices went up. I'm extremely disappointed ☹️
Not to bad..white rocket with extra shot 24oz..5.75 not a bad price..people are always nice that work there..

Roasters used to be my Best place to get my almost every day Coffee ? . They are doing something different to their coffee for Months now, because is not longer good as before. that’s sad because I loved their Coffee ?
Great coffee and staff but its hard to bring a computer in and use this as an internet Café.The sporadic plug-ins are not so big of a deal as it is when you realize EVERY surface is glass and you have nothing but your lap to track a mouse on
Terrible service in drive thru, I understand that they have to be kind to customers but do not do 25 minute talks, when the whole line is full of cars, you supposed to use the drive thru because you want fast service, this is the 4th time that It happens, this time I didn't even have time to buy because I was late for my work
The workers are always nice and the coffee is great.
Wish they wouldn’t ask for a tip until we get our drinks. I asked for light ice and seems like I told them to add extra ice smh
