Senecca Knox should be fired. She has the worst attitude and her customer service is horrible. The food I ordered was cold and my fries were missing. When I drove back to the restaurant to get my full order, she accused me of "stealing" it.
The best part about Arby's is no one goes to Arby's. No line, no wait. Also they have these honey hot boneless wings that they keep taking away but I wish would stay on the menu.
I just called because we just got home from Vacation and well we need groceries haha!! Either way they where extremely short staffed and needless to say they messed a few things up!! I just called to complain and Cody answered… oh gosh he just took the store over as manager and man do I feel for him.. because the last manager was a joke!! I’m happy to say I will except the mistakes this time knowing all the employees under the old manager quit so Cody was extremely short staffed!!! I’m so glad the place is under new management because honestly before I called I had said heck no we are not going back… but after I called I can say we will continue but maybe let Cody get the place back up and running good before we go back to be able to give him a chance to get some employees!!! Thanks again for being honest Cody.. I’m glad to of even gotten through being before no one ever answered and we where told it was because to many calls where spam… haha most likely they where just unhappy customers and they didn’t want to deal with them!!We will see you in a month or so and can’t wait to see the changes because the place had really gone downhill.
Staff is always friendly, drive-thur goes quickly and food is warm and delicious. I like French Dip and the Market Fresh sandwich’s. The only drawbackIs that their Ice Cream shake makers is always down at this location. Other than that, Arbys is one of my regular stops for dinner or lunch
I don't often go to Arby's but after this visit it's obvious I need to go more often. Great food and incredibly fast service! They gave us our drink cups when we ordered and we didn't even have them filled before the food was out!
Foods on par when it's available. Too many times they close early ( pre 9 oclock). Tonight though they don't have roast beef! It's not even 8 o'clock. Isn't that the majority of your menu?
Very nice staff, wearing masks ?. Good price for the ? ? fish sandwich.
Ordered mozzarella sticks. They came out hot and crispy because they had to cook them right then, so I had to pull around to wait a little longer. Perfectly cooked, and even though I missed letting them know, they got a sauce in the bag for me anyway.
We tried to get dinner around 855pm this evening as arbys is one of our favorite spots. After trying to order and seeing multiple cars in the parking lot we pulled up to the window seeing the establishment does not close until 10-1030 pm. Employee with dark black hair was filling napkins and completely ignored us even after looking our way and walking up to the window not once but 3 times. We tried getting her attention multiple times with no answer or acknowledgement. Would have been nice to even get a commom curiosity to be told the establishment was closed if that was the case. Being an assistant manager I know this is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee. I have never had this happen to me at a food establishment. Very very unprofessional.
Just left the drive-thru. Order 2 fish sandwiches and asked to add tomatoes ?. Plus I got NO napkins in my bag. Really? These lazy kids...check and double check your order?
