I don't go here often because the staff is slow and the lines are long but today I went and ordered an apple pecan salad. After eating a few bites I thought it tasted moldy, and to my surprise the chicken had GREEN SPOTS!!! mold in the chicken. No this was not the blue cheese this was the moldy chicken. I will never go back. It's to bad because I do love wendys but never again.

Loved this Wendy's the food is always fresh and hot. As they advertise their french fries are amazing, hot, fresh, and crispy. They are convient to where I live and make for a quick pick up on the go.

The food was fine, but the poor manager was so stressed about the amount of people he and his crew had to serve! I felt bad but it was a stressful and tense situation. I hope they can find more people to hire and a positive spin on overwhelming situations!

Fish patty was way over cooked. The chicken sandwich, fries, Minute Maid, and frosty were hot and fresh. The drive through was moving quickly and the staff was friendly.

Consistently an issue coming to this location, I’m always waiting in line, or having to have my orders remade. The crew puts 1 car thru at a time to improve on wait times and doesn’t bother to take other customer orders to keep up with food prep, as wel they don’t have their lobby open; the only location that doesn’t from Olympia to Tacoma, this affects customers who order ahead like those who have time sensitive lunch breaks, makes it impossible to get a quick lunch. Or if you’re a door dasher, you can’t get your order in a timely manner, even if your client ordered ahead. This location needs to fix their act. They only do well when the area managers are in giving out orders at the front windows once in a blue moon. I can go to basically any location besides Chic Fula and get food faster and more accurate. This location needs an overhaul and better pay and management.

Don't, do not go here...worst experience ever. Wow!!! Never, never, never. App was bad said free items but can't order them, out of stock food from order & no refund, ya NO REFUND. Wait time 30min plus in line at drive thru. Lobby closed. Not customer friendly. Bad business practice. Eat somewhere else & save the frustration. We are now.

15 cars lined up for drive though. Order through Google worthless, because you have to go through drive through anyway, because you can't go in to pick up and they won't bring it out to curbside pickup. Plus, you have to pay a fee. Miserable experience, spent more than 30 minutes in drive through. Their lobby hasn't been open since the very first lockdown. I think they've found it cheaper and more profitable not too open the dining room, like most other fast food places. Food tasted pretty good, but it wasn't very hot.

Placed order thru mobile app on my way home only to arrive to store being closed. Drive thru blocked with a pickup, lobby full of people and sign on the door saying open in an hour. Could have marked store closed on mobile app to avoid inconvenience.

OMG!, Didn’t Wendy’s introduce one of the fattest juiciest chicken fillets in the fast food chicken sandwich wars just before the pandemic hit? Did the pandemic cause shrinkage? I just got one with their new fries and while normally a Wendy’s fan I’m totally disappointed with what’s become of my favorite sandwich. It could have easily been mistaken for a flat flounder. The bun is smaller, one barely recognizable slither of lettuce and I thought no tomato at all until the last bite. I’m forgiving of supply shortages due to Pandemic conflicts but you should inform your customer when such drastic changes are present with your usual expected menu. The new fries are tasty but they won’t make up for a cheating menu. It’s Sad ! And I’m sorry. I’ll miss you.

Very long wait times at this location each time I've been here. The food was decent overall. Would still possibly recommend. Would want to return here more often if I knew the line in drive thru wouldn't take so long.
