Fish tacos highly recommended
We had the fish and shrimp tacos and they were TERRIBLE. Nothing tasted fresh and everything was so bland. Doubt we'll return.
We meant for a Mediterranean night dinner but opted for this cuisine instead. So glad we did and will return soon.The fish and shrimp tacos (two were recommended and sufficient enough) were great and the carne asada quesa too. The salsas for the tacos could have more heat, but I'm sure regional tastes prevail. I would have preferred fish not fried but not a show stopper. Obviously all other ingredients were fresh. Yum!
Best fish taco I’ve ever had hands down. I get them everywhere I go and Taco-Lote easily takes the win. Fresh produce and deliciously flaky-crispy fish take center stage here. The cabbage slaw is always crunchy and it’s all wrapped in a fluffy flour tortilla cloud. So good. Cheers to your mastery of this dish!! One day, when I get the courage, I’ll try something else off the menu. But for now I’m stuck❤️
So good! The shrimp tacos are delicious, the people are friendly and the salsa is tasty! I look forward to when I get to ear here!!

I want my burrito in a foil wrap, not in a forever, styrofoam box. Okay, shredded chicken is chicken but, why shredded? And the hot sauce? Almost bland--it was barely more tangy than ketchup. Nice people, but not going back. Not a viable competitor to California Taco Truck on Plum St, which is good.
This was SO bad. My husband and intended to hit the taco truck across from the Eastside co op but they were closed on a Saturday (?) so we opted for this one. So bummed that we did. We typically order Carne Asada burritos from taco trucks so we gave it to go here despite having garnishes on top as pictured on the menu. When we got it, we opened the container and said, smells like a bad fast food burrito. Upon first bite, my husband and I, almost in unison, said, this is terrible! I’ve never eaten a burrito with such little flavor. I spit out most of the meat because it was pure gristle and fat. Just plain bad. I suppose we should have read the reviews first and opted for the fish tacos! ? not likely to return to try them…
Great food, great service. Always fast, friendly and consistently fantastic tasting food.
Totally forgettable. Was hoping for something more taco truckish. I got Azteca in styrofoam.BLECCHAvoid if you want something that isn't gringoized.
