New to Olympia (July 21), late post! I've never reviewed a Taco Bell! But this location deserves 10 stars! I am always so impressed with the speed and friendliness of this location! The staff is always helpful and I can honestly say not once, have I ever had bad service or even an attitude from a single person. With this economy and non appreciation for the work the service industry has had to deal with, not to mention safety, and to still have such a great experience speaks volumes for the staff, managers, and district manager! Before I went to this Taco Bell location I never really went to Taco Bell at all. I live over an hour away, if I ever want Taco Bell instead of going to the one that’s 45 min from me I drive to this location. Hands down the employees who work the night shift are the kindest, most hard working people I know. I always ordered a slushy and nacho fries, but now the nacho fries are gone:( anyways I love y’all so much after a long day you guys always cheer me up because you all are so sweet and If I owned the place I would give you all raises. I mean there could be a line of over ten cars and I’ll still get in line because I know I’m going to be up to the window in like less than 5 minutes. Even though it’s your job to be on time and work fast, most locations take FOR EVER, so you guys are great.
ordered online through app 15 mins prior to coming. came in and asked for order. waited another 20 minutes for the order. seen 10 cars go through drive through. I thought the app would be faster so I ordered prior while on a time crunch to get back to work app said ready at 456 i came at 505 left at 525.. when asked where it was at they scrambled to make it quick resulting in me getting undercooked rice and am now sick. undercooked rice has been a major issue with tbell, all of them. when not in a wierd messed up setting like waiting 35 minutes for a taco box......... I usually ask them make sure the rice is cooked bcuz of how many times ive had hard rice in my burritos undercooked.. the lady was nice upfront maybe too nice that the people didnt hear her the 2 times that she said I was waiting for my food. the drive thru was empty when pulling up, should have gone through it yes. but last time i did that they said they didnt have the order. to findout it was left on the lobby takeout tray while instead of checking the guy said sorry we just dont have it... in the end the box was missing my crunchwrap i told them and they asked for proof to show them. this resulted in a couple more minutes waiting and they gave the wrong crunchwrap.. the lady up front gave me coupons for free tacos without me asking bcuz even she is like what is going on... all I wanted was a smooth pickup from the app and got screwed out my lunch time and am now sick missing work throwing up hard undercooked rice. sweet...
DUH!!! It's taco bell. I can't believe how expensive the food is for the quality of what you get. I know this is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to food yet the cost is only a couple bucks shy of a full meal at a sit down resturant. Why do I keep going then you ask??? Because I'm in a hurry and don't have time for a better experience.
Stale flatbread and taco shells on Cheesy Gordita Crunch and fire sauce wasn't put in the bag. This sort of thing is honestly industry-wide right now so I'm not sure how much blame you can really place on this location. Prices will likely need to double to get quality back where it was a decade ago given the current market.
This is the 3rd time in a row they forgot a product in my order. The lobby is closed so I did call and asked if they could just run the missing item to the door and hand it too me. They said no I have to go through the drive thru. Which the line is long and takes a while to get through. I said nevermind.
My boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla from here tonight and it look like they took 3 pieces from separate quesadillas and just put them in a bag, it doesn’t even make a full circle like a normal quesadilla. Very odd since we haven’t had this issue before today. 02/05/2022 @6pm
Prices are creeping up at a place that's mediocre for there food and taste. This drive thru is not the quickest one either. Customer Service isn't to bad here.
Literally every single time I order from Taco Bell, they forget the chips and cinatwists. Every time! Usually I can check the bag and tell them and they hand it to me, but when you get it delivered, you can't do that. Every time! I am not even exaggerating. Whenever I order no cheese on my tacos, they add cheese. I give up.
My boyfriend and I went to get something to eat. They forgot our Cinnabon delights, gave my bf a Dr.Pepper when he ordered root beer, didn’t provide any napkins or a receipt. Very disappointed as I’m pretty sure we were charged for any missing items (but how would I know without the receipt ?)
