This Starbucks used to be the best, has gone downhill over the years. Much slower and my most recent visit my drink was completely screwed up. Ordered Cold Brew w/ Coconut Milk and instead got cup of Whole Milk with a splash of burnt coffee.Very disappointed…
Service was quick & pleasant. But they had no sugarless caramel or butterscotch. And the menus were unreadable from the passenger seat of the car. So I basically had to get some random drink. :/
The workers here are amazing and deserve a union so their voices can be heard! I went here all the time when I lived in town and despite a high-pressure and high-stress working environment, the workers were kind, responsive, and very skilled. All power to Starbucks Workers United - your customers are standing with you.
I'm in Everett for a few days for work. Everyone I have met at this Starbucks has been so nice. That is so refreshing! All Starbucks I have been to so far, everyone is very pleasant to do business with.
I have used Mobil App to order coffee here daily for at least 5-6 months now, with the same order everytime ice quad espresso 4 shots of coffee 4 pumps of white mocha in venti-cup thats so simple but whenever I pick up my coffee sometimes doesn’t turned out to how I ordered most of the time they do not shake up the coffee the white mocha just sinking at bottom of the cup also a few times it came out 1/2 cup filled the only way to explain this issue is they only used 2 shots of coffee instead of 4 shots so of course the taste will be different so is the fill level because less coffee.I have complain a few times they’re willing to replace to a different one but it is so inconvenience and frustrated when ordered apple and get pear. Not everyone there are making the same coffee even they’re exact same order in the App. My suggestion is they should have the same procedure so everyone may able to follow the same and of course coaching by management if they have a management with responsibility and care about customer things will change. One star from me due to bad service.
Staff are wonderful. A very long wait inside. I feel the inside folks don't get the same preference as the online orders and drive through.
So, this is just an ok Starbucks when it is not crowded. But one star is generous when they are crowded. Say 8 to 9 am on Friday. All Starbucks are packed at this time – this location seems to fall apart compared to any other Starbucks I have seen with lobby/app orders.I have given up on the store at peak times and will not return after today and not get my coffee today after 20 minutes with an app order like I do at most Starbucks, then waited for 15-20 in the lobby, plus 5 minutes for the order.In my experience – it is just painful to squeeze through to the pickup area… So that design is one thing I think they should look at…; this is ‘big space’ - bigger than many Starbucks in Urban areas; yes, they have a drive-through, but this lobby/system does not work when it is crowded it quickly compounds too chaotic, but they probably have the space to make it better.Speaking for the lobby pickup and not the drive-through, as the drive-through appears to be better, but still slow. They have 8-10 staff in these peak times for both sides, I’ve seen Starbucks with 5 employees seem to handle the exact amount and not be as chaotic.For Drink prep slowness - It appears they need a 'third' drink area that can float between drive-thru and lobby orders; at these peak times, you have 9-10 employees.Train your barista to call out names. They do not do this or are quite meek(maybe they are nervous because this setup has made the natives restless), but people like hearing names and see you are doing something but by them not calling out names; you are adding to the congestion and angst, or have any of the cashiers (generally they are just standing around I was here for 15 minutes this time, and no one went to the cashier for an order - the backup was at the barista) not sure all the ways the cashier could help the barista...Do not leave large orders/boxes and leave them in the main area lobby at peak/crowed times, unsightly, a hazard, and makes the lobby even worse, and hard to see the pickup area. Maybe the cashier should be moving the stock out the lobby?Reading the comments this place was remodeled??? - Consider remodeling again and moving the pickup area to the other side(maybe splitting the into two pickup areas an 'app pickup area' and 'in-store pickup area' to split the crowd - where you have more space) – to avoid congestion at the door, in the corner, and people crowded into that area - then remove a few tables for a more orderly/open pickup area, not sure this will alleviate the stress of 10- 20 customers waiting for a pickup, but it is just not a good setup you have and compounded by those other factors.
They wouldn't serve me...I made an order on the app, got the notification it was ready about 15 minutes later. Came into the store and my drink wasn't ready, no biggie. I wait about 20 minutes and I see customers in the drive thru get served immediately and people that came in after me have been served. I get in line to ask about my drinks and the lady working the cash register (older with Grey hair in a bob) was extremely rude to me. She made it clear that I was not to ask about my drinks and they would be ready when they got to it. She then walked away before I could ask any more questions. I waited another 25 minutes. 2 more waves of people came in and were served. Tons of people went through the drive thru. My coffee was no where to be seen and at this point it had been an hour since the order was made. There was a huge line again and I didn't want to deal with the rude lady again or another employee who seemed equally unhappy so I left... I guess I will have to do a charge back on my card or something to get back the $14 of coffee I paid for and never received. Don't think I will be back in because they wasted an hour of my life and previous to this incident my order has been wrong many times.
Definitely crazy how slow ? this store is having 8 employees on staff. I waited 12-15 minutes for my lady's drink. The staff wasn't the friendliness either. I don't like doing one ? stars but this Definitely needed to be shown.
I asked to apply my stars but they charged my card. She asked me to spell my name then put it completely wrong causing them to call me a ridiculous name. Terrible service will not go to this one again. Was unable to even correct the problem because they walked away after ringing me up.
