Do NOT order online here!! They literally locked the door as I was walking up to it and pointed to a sign that only the drive up window was open...and this is not the first time this has happened. The drive-up line was out into the parking lot. The drinks are messed up most of the time and staff will be standing around (5-6 staff members) while you wait. They make no effort to acknowledge customers when cafe is actually open for walk-in. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Black Lake.
Customer service was the worst I’ve had at a Starbucks. Was 2 vehicles in line. I even turned off my car too make sure they could hear me. They didn’t get our drinks right sized at all. One of the drinks was supposed to have an extra shot of espresso and venti sized. I got neither. When I said something they were rude and didn’t even try to make it right. We will not come back.
I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I've visited this location several times, and every once in a while I get AMAZING service. Unfortunately, more often than not the service sucks. My orders are quite often wrong, the cup is usually a mess, and if I ask for a customization I'm subjected to moans and sighs and even a lecture about how my request is an INCONVENIENCE to them! Do yourself a favor and go to the one in the Safeway across the street.
Good coffee, food items, and treats. Staff members are all friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Starbucks needs to have more decaffeinated options. The typical decaffeinated is a medium and they should have some bold decaffeinated options.
I'm not a review person but it's freaking Christmas and the group of women that were working were the sweetest and cutest ever! They all deserve not to have to work on Xmas, I wouldn't have stopped in today if I wasn't forced to work on xmas. They also deserve a huge bonus especially the one that looked like an elf out of the Santa clause movies. Appreciate them so much. ❤
Always like Starbucks coffee. Especially their holiday drinks. Crowds is the only turn-off especially if you need to be in and out quickly.
The staff here are always so nice! I always feel like I am treated well. I'm never the grumpy type before I get my coffee, but if I am not super energetic, I feel like they really boost my overall happiness when I chat with them!
waited in line for over 40mins for them to open. ordered 2 drinks off their holiday menu and was supposed to get 2 red cups for red cup day, grt to the window and was only handed 1 cup and when I asked I thought I got 2 they said no cause of the drinks is a fall drink so I don't get 2. well the 2 drinks I ordered are part of their drinks for red cup day and when I brought it up they told me no so I went to anther location not to far and explained what happened and if I could juat buy the cup since I was told no at the other one and then I was told they couldn't just sell me the cup so I had to spend another $6 on a coffee that I didn't need just to get the cup I was supposed to get in the beginning. I feel that this is unfair and false advertising about what drinks are actually covered for red cup day.
I loved their hot chocolate with no whip cream or added sugar(my preference).Was a long wait but def.worth it.
I placed an online order to pickup and avoid the long drive through line. As I am walking up, a young lady locked the door and walked past me. I asked her why the she locked the door. She said that the lobby is closed. This is at 1:45pm on a Tuesday. When I asked her about getting my drink that I just ordered on the app, she said I have to go through the long drive through line that I was avoiding in the first place. I don't usually go to this location, and now I won't be back.
