I ordered a breve latte (a latte made with half and half) on my app and when I got there to pick it up I could see that it wasn't made with half and half. I asked a barista who had pink hair about it and she said they were out of half and half so she made it with 2% milk and told me to go to the register and get a refund. I asked her if they had whole milk and she said yes. I then asked if she could remake it with that. She said no, and told me I had to go to the register. I asked her why she couldn't just remake it with whole milk. She interrupted me and said no, and told me to go to the register then walked away. I did speak to the supervisor who was very nice and very professional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience because of the young woman with the pink hair. She was rude and dismissive. I've never been to a Starbucks where the barista wouldn't remake a drink when it wasn't right.
John has Impeccable costumer service! He is hilarious and kind through the ordering screen. Elijiah was kind and bonused us a free coffee. Great place to come!

A completely loud and out of line ‘supervisor’ named Vashti screamed as she ‘handled’ an order that was cold. It was supposed to be extra hot and it was served cold and when asked she said ‘ it’s already made’. She forced herself and shouted at decibel levels that would put a club to shame. Dominating and aggressive, she told me she would let the (real) manager know she didn’t like our interaction! Err actually I get to say that when you scream in peoples faces! Complete Starbucks misfit no idea how she has a job let alone at a Starbucks. Manager Kim tried to make it right and I appreciated it.
Friendly service, ridiculously busy. In the last 3 months I've visited, I've either gotten my order wrong, they forgot to make it because of the crowd, or someone else took my drink. Not what the batista can control all of them due to the volume of people they serve, just saying avoid if you are in a rush in the peak hours of morning and lunch.
Friendly service, good location, lots of parking, good food selection, and the usual great coffee drinks.
I had a large order, they were very busy already. But they team put it all together fast, correct, and arranged in carriers ready to go. Very impressed. Thanks
