I ordered a breakfast burrito, couldn't get a meal because there were no tots and then got told french toast couldn't be done because it's a "fryer item". Then I couldn't get my milkshake because they didn't have cheesecake apparently. So I got it without... They didn't even fill the cup there is an inch of nothing. So they are rude about it the whole time and my burrito is 1/4 of the size of the one I got here originally. The one I came for.They will waste your time, have an attitude and lie about what's unavailable.
Friendly staff, with terrible food.May 2022Let's start with the positives, every time I've been here the staff has been nice and pleasant to interact with.Other than that it's all downhill from there. I personally like Sonic's and have been to many locations in Washington State, Oklahoma, and Texas. Unfortunately, they can be very Hit or Miss depending on the location. At the moment this one is a miss. Skip it!My experience:Since I work nearby I've been to this location 3 times in the last 3 months. Every time the food has been very bad. There were a few problems with my experience today, 1 they were out of all ice cream related items, 2 they were advertising a new sandwich and side but didn't have any of the ingredients in stock, and 3 my Chicken Sandwich looked like it had been stomped on repeatedly, pretty much a soggy tasteless mess. The fries were warm and limp, at least they had taste though ?. I will stress again that I enjoy Sonic, I've had many good meals at other locations. I really don't know what's wrong with this one. Supply chain issues? Bad management? I don't know.Since I work nearby I will probably still try it every few months, if there is a change in quality I will update this post. Until then I would definitely skip this location.
I wish I could rate negative stars. We pull up to the drive through with 4 cars ahead of us and we’re told to hold. 10 minutes later after calling out, nothing but silence. We pull away after several cars behind us leave. We go ahead and pull into a stall and place a mobile order. 20 minutes later, still nothing. We hit the call button and wait 5 more minutes. Finally a young man answers telling us the stalls are closed and to go through the drive through. At the same time, Dante walks up with our two drinks. We mention the ordeal waiting at the drive through with. I response as well as the stall for 30 minutes. 7:10pm to 7:40pm. No apology from Dante, just a blank stare as he walks away. I understand places are short staffed, but having 2 or 3 teenage boys with no ability to communicate with customers reflects on the obvious poor management. Close and lock the doors if this is the best you can do.
Okay folks, I ordered via there app. When I arrived I am told they don’t have any ice cream. So I ask for a refund and I am told I need to call a number. I asked for my money but they won’t come out!!! Time to go inside! I am not making this up. Finally got a manager to come out of hiding to tell yes they are out of ice cream, it’s has to do with a nationwide supply change issue. I don’t care just give me my money. They can’t, I have to call corporate to get them to take care of it. Okay what’s the number. Her response I don’t know the number, and nor do I. I can’t believe you don’t know the number. She leaves and returned with a corporate phone number that she Googled. Never again I will ever go to Sonic!!! We never got an apology, just a dumb look. I leave with no proof of what just happened!! I call the number and report it to my bank! That was a half hour out of our lives.
I did an online order. I only got 3/4 of it, one of the bacon cheeseburgers were just a plain hamburger. No cheese for the pretzels or any of the sauces ordered. I didn't get the onion rings even after I called and drove back to the restaurant to get it fixed! Said they didn't have any, and didn't get a replacement or a refund. Plus had to pay for the bacon cheeseburger AGAIN.The food was ok tho, for a fast food place.
Greasy fast food if you're in the mood for it. The service has improved since the last time which was during the height of the pandemic hiring crunch. Food was cooked all the way through, but the bacon could have been used for hard tack. It was probably due to visiting during non-peak hours.
Didn't see anything like my impossible burger so just got a chili tater tot order.It came in a foot long hotdogs packaging, so, I thought they'd heard me incorrectly. But when I slid the paper hot dog tray out of the bag it really was my chili tots.Not much to do wrong on that order. It arrived quick, was fresh and hot and tasted just fine.I washed them down with my vanilla cold coffee (pretty much an iced vanilla late') and I was back on the road again.Hunger curbed for now.
I normally love the chicken ? sandwich and fries here. NOT the case the other day. Fries were luke warm at beat, so crunchy they were gross! Same with the chicken, it was over cooked and dry!!
Absolutely the worst manager and administrative staff. Waited forever at the stall only to be told the stalls were not being serviced. No signage. Other cars pulling in and waiting then told the same. No blocked drive. No way to tell. What could the manager possibly be doing that’s more important than making signs announcing the stalls are closed and directing traffic to the drive thru? Went across the street to Five Guys and enjoyed my burger.
The woman taking our order was obnoxious. My boyfriend and I were both in shock, smiling at eachother in disbelief, because of how bizarre the interaction was. She kept interrupting asking, "what else?" before we even had a chance to finish ordering an item. Because of this one of our items was messed up and I didn't want to wait in line to go back and correct it. Had she just took a breath and waited to speak while we were ordering I'm sure we could have gotten what we paid for. Aside from that, and the cheese sauce for our pretzels tasting like spoiled milk, it was fine.That was my first and definitely last time at that location.
