Haven't been here in years, but it was just the same - friendly staff, upbeat atmosphere and great food! I had a delicious milkshake - thick and creamy - not full of frothy sir bubbles. My only suggestion is to find a good source for Gluten Free hamburger buns. The chicken breasts were very good, but I really wanted one of the signature cheeseburgers I remember so well!
Our server was awesome. My boyfriend was accidentally given the wrong order and he fixed it right away. And was always making sure we had enough of everything. I was, and am going through a trying time. It was relaxing for me to just enjoy our time together. And our server made it possible. I feel bad for not remembering his name.
Had the best server today. William is one of the best servers I have ever had! He needs a raise!
Service was good. We sat in the bar. Had burgers and drinks, they were good.The menu has a good variety of options. If you sit in the restaurant area you'll often hear the staff singing happy birthday to some happy kid. So that's fun if you're celebrating a bday. Good location.
Red Robin used to be a big burger experience. The burger I ordered was smaller than a quarter-pounder at McDonald's. Having not been in for a couple of years, I never would have guessed it had changed so much. Prices have gone up and quality down.On the other hand, our server was attentive and friendly. She brought my stars to 3!

Great servers, always very friendly and on point. My step mom has a ton of food allergies and they made a point to make sure that she was given food that didn't carry any of her food allergies. Also the food at Red Robin's is always great!! Love it! Plus they typically have seasonal food. Their orange cream soda is freaking delicious. Highly recommend!
Make sure you call ahead, they are very short staffed. Sometimes they're only doing to go orders, due to this. Food is great, and Brandy the server is awesome. I've seen her be the only one there and handle the tables, in a timely manner. She doesn't appear stressed at all, and always has a smile, and great memory for what I order. Highly recommend this particular Red Robin. They need to clone this lady.
The staff was great but the food was absolutely not "gourmet." My little plastic plate was gross, and had a piece of soggy old lettuce on it when the burger I ordered didn't even come with lettuce. There were about 10 total fries on my plate. I get that they are obsessed with bottomless fry refills, but if you just give someone a normal amount of fries then they won't need a refill. Clearly a huge problem with incompetent upper management here. The employees that were at the restaurant were great and should be running the place without corporate interference.
very disappointed ordered a chili burger came with a bun a patty dried out chili with some cheese that is not how a chili burger is made they are served open face and you eat it with a fork very little French fries and they were overcooked not sure I would ever go back to this particular one again
