Ram is a great spot to bring friends, grab a beer, and hang out. The food is solid and consistent so you always know what you're going to get. We like sitting on the restaurant side since service seems quicker there than on the bar side. The servers have a lot of personality and check on you an appropriate amount without being intrusive. The pints are huge and there is typically a new beer that comes out each month to keep it fresh.
Love this place. A staple of every visit to America. 3 years, covid, and it's still awesome. Food was awesome, it's very difficult to please me with coleslaw but theirs was delicious. Good selection of local beers and service was excellent
Amazing atmosphere friendly staff Fast Service I had the barbecue bacon burger which was absolutely delicious crispy bacon on top of a juicy burger Hot and fresh crispy fries.
The wait was short. The restaurant is nice, not too loud. Could easily have a conversation. The food was superb & our service was great.

We just left The Ram in Lacey. 25 minute wait and they never seated us, my elderly parents with us. Lots of people waiting. The kicker: there were many open tables in every section, including the bar. My husband asked for the manager: John. He told us " we can't seat everyone and overload the kitchen". Since when? So we sit waiting in a crowded lobby close to everyone so they don't crowd the tables or overload the kitchen? Just seat us, and the kitchen can take its time, like always. That's okay. And, when did good customer service go out of style? They talked to us like they were doing us a favor letting us in to eat there. RAM: Learn how to treat customers like they are valued!! Bottom line: Not going back.
Used to go all the time. Won’t ever be back. Last time I was there the staff was incredibly rude and hostile. They created a seen which was embarrassing for both my self and them. I walked in without a mask which I had forgot in the car. After not being offered a mask I continued to the bar where my friend was waving me to come in. Mind you this was like 10 feet from the host stand so I just went in. Guy chases me down tells the bartender not to serve me. I ask for the manger he comes out and is very rude as well. He had the audacity to tell me to go back to the door and come back in with my mask on. I will not be treated in this way nor give my business to a company that does this. Not to mention I’m a mug club member and used to come in weekly.
