Friendly staff and great food. The lunch special is one of the best deals in town. Pizza or pasta, salad, and a beer or wine for $12.50.

Delicious food. Even a simple dinner salad is out of this world fantastic. The bolognese sauce is my favorite.

I found the atmosphere and service very good. We had the half order of the antipasto (good), bolognese (average), and the II Sogno (not so good). We ate maybe two bites of the II Sogno and arugula was overly bitter and the mushrooms seemed old.

Wow what a find. Great food and I mean great! Service is spot on. Atmosphere is beautiful. Thank youYep had to try dessert

I the got the la gitana salad. It's a massive mound of plain spinach and lettuce with a pile of mushroom and cheese on top and maybe 3 artichoke hearts and tomatoes around the edge. I had to ask for another plate just to eat it as the plate it was served on was WAY to small for the portion. With little to no dressing it was a very awkward and underwhelming meal. The espresso martini and gelato were very good though.

I have lived in the region for 3 years and had many pizzas. This place IS the place. To make suchva high grade of thin crust pizza using normal or gourmet ingredients means the Chef must care deeply about the fare they serve. This Chef gets it.Try anythingWell done Pizzeria La Gitania

Hands down the best pizza in town! My pizza was a bit on the greasy side, but wow that was good flavor! They are generous with the toppings too and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Lunch special prices are very reasonable for what you get.

The owners of this establishment are very aware of their bottom line. (To which I do not fault them, as any business owner should be.) That said, the ambiance and food here is a bit of a disappointment as certain aspects are very classy and upscale while other parts are cheap and stingy.I’ll start with the good:1) Yummy crust and tasty homemade pesto.2) Kind service. The two women working the floor were super nice and helpful.3) The wood oven and open-kitchen design are lovely. The OK:1) The pepperoni and pesto pizza my daughter ordered was good. She loved it but I was underwhelmed.2) The carbonara pasta was yummy but could use more lemon and bacon. (My opinion)The not-so-great:1) The toppings on the pizza were very scant, except for the arugula which was in a huge, raw pile on top. The pizza needed more cheese and I wish the toppings were baked in, instead of just thrown on top as an afterthought.2) The draft beers are 14oz instead of a full pint, but they are the same price as a full pint at other pizzerias.3) There is an odd disclosure on their menu that says their prices can be changed at any time. I’m assuming that they would let you know of the change before ordering but it was a disclosure I’ve never seen on a menu before and made me slightly nervous about the bill.4) The lunch special salad was small and dull. It had barely any toppings and too little flavorless dressing.

The food was excellent and friendly service! we ate inside but outside had lamp heaters that seemed very cool atmosphere and cozy. We will definitely come back.

The drinks where really well made. Ambience was nice. Tiramisu delicious. My wife and I both loved the pizza of course. I would go back.
