Lynn the owner is very cold and unfriendly. Also poor customer service. I ordered a take out meal and waited in the restaurant. I saw a few orders coming out and several people stopping by to pick up their order. There was an order sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and I suspected that was mine. Finally she noticed it and asked my name. It was mine and it was there for 10 minutes. The food is ok but don't count on good service. Also she continues to use the Pho Hoa name in her advertising but she is no longer a franchisee. Good news, a Pho Hoa is coming to Olympia soon by the Outback and they will have an authentic Pho Hoa menu.

Cafe sua da was the best I have had since moving to Olympia. The pork chop with egg pie rice plate was awesome!Great customer service!

I cannot get enough of this authentic fresh great foods and affordable pricing. I could seriously eat here daily.

?don’t ever asking to having some sugar, they will charge you for .99 cents. ?? ? tip more than you charge the price for sugar.?

My 1st visit here so the spice level was too hot. They replaced my meal when I said I was taking it home to add to it to reduce how spicy it was. I felt this was above and beyond. Service was excellent. The flavor and quantity were both great.I will go back but won't get 2.5 on hotness!

Food is okay, but the owner who is mid-aged guy was so mean with my Discovery credit card that accept every store. Even he didn't try to swip my cc to their machine and kept saying (any store will not accept Discovery cc) requesting cash, visa card as arguing for a while. btw, my cc was went through well this store after I push him to try at least ^^. Of course, I didn't hear sorry from him at the end. Happy day!

The vegetarian broth is really flavorful, however they gave us very few pieces of tofu, 4 thin strips.

Wonderful flavor in the pho broth! People running the place were very sweet.

Vegan vegetable pho is delicious!! The banh mi is really sweet, which is not my personal preference but my mom liked it. This is probably some of the best vegan broth in olympia, I was really surprised when I got it. The staff was nice, and they seated us by the window. The fish tank is very cool and it’s a good family environment.

The menu prices are outdated on their website and on the Google pictures. Since 2021, almost everything on the menu has gone up by at least $2. A Large Combination Pho now cost $13.99 instead of $11.69. We ordered a Large Combination Pho, a Jackfruit smoothie, and intended to order a Large Bun Bo Hue. When the waiter took our order, we decided to give him the item numbers instead of the name of the items because we thought that would make the process easier due to a language barrier. The waiter also didn't verify our orders, and unfortunately that was a big mistake. Instead of bringing us a 27D - Bun Bo Hue, the waiter brought out a 27B - Beef Stew. We understand the B and D sound alike so we decided to just let it go.The pho was average. The broth tasted like lots of MSG, and there were not any hints of pho spices (anise, cloves, etc). The meat level was poor; there was maybe half a meatball in the bowl, and only one tiny bit of tendon. The beef stew was beefy, but lacked other spice flavors. The Jackfruit smoothie was the worst of the meal; it was intensely sweet and tasted of powder milk instead of real milk.Overall we will NOT go back. This is our second time there; the first time was when it was Pho Hoa, which was also forgettable. The amount of rice noodle in the soups are small, even for the Large orders. Paying Seattle prices for mediocre service and a bowl of pho in Olympia is definitely not worth it.
