I came in around 745 to order a pizza and they were completely cleaned up. There was still plenty of time to make a pizza. If you close at 8 o’clock you should be doing business until 8 o’clock. I feel bad for the employees working under such poor management.
Pizza is great, customer service is really hit or miss. Went in today at 7:42pm, and the server Reggie was obviously irritated, and was pretty short with me. She acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Then she asked her manager when they can start refusing service because it's near closing time - right in front of me. Her manager set her straight thankfully. They close at 8pm, so I can understand being perturbed when a customer comes right before you close, but with nearly 20 minutes to spare, I felt that the attitude was unwarranted. I understand wanting to leave for the day, but during business hours you should be professional and courteous, or look for a new line of work. I usually don't post reviews, but her snarky attitude was really too much.
Incredible service! It's refreshing to see this young crew work so diligently and carry themselves with professionalism.Its obvious they spend a lot of time caring for their equipment and customers.I highly recommend this establishment!

Can't take any more delivery pizzas! They always taste the same no matter who we buy it from. Even though Papa Murphy's is not a local company each franchise is locally owned so nice.But really it's about the pizza! Although I rarely remember to preset my oven when i go get our pizza (lol) it still doesn't take long to cook when I get home. Plus it just tastes much fresher and all their pizzas are much cheaper than the other corporate delivery chains.Soooo... Remember to preheat your oven to 425°, get one of these bad boys and enjoy!Pro Tip: go on Tuesdays it's like $12 for any large pizza. Plus they take EBT for anyone that chooses to use that.

Ordered the new Fritos pizza and they gave it to me without Fritos... They gave me a $3 off coupon for next time, which is like, the cost for me to go buy a bag of Fritos, so essentially nothing for the inconvenience. Also seriously, you forgot that, it's the entire selling point of the pizza, I don't understand how this happens.
Disappointing customer service. Create your keto box accidentally ordered rather than cowboy. They offered to charge $1.50 per topping as “help”. Keto Cowboy box $14, adding topping to create your own, $17. Not much of a help to over charge me.

Not very friendly, when I asked questions, he acted like it killed him to answer. Got home and cooked both pizzas, I wound up getting sick. It was the vegitarian pizza, then he didn't advise or ask if I wanted red sauce on my pizza, just thought naturally it would be red, but it was white, he was so bothered by the order, I surely didn't want to go back. I will never go back to that location!!!!!
