Ordered pizza twice now because I thought the first time was a fluke. Both times now the toppings are all under the cheese and the dough under the cheese is completely undercooked. Called and the manager said that that’s how the baking process works and they can’t do a thing about it. So do not order from here if you want cooked pizza
My pizza was fresh and 5 minutes early. The gen xer that greeted me when I walked through the door made me feel like my being there was my choice and he wanted me to come back. He was helpful and courteous. This is no commentary on Papa John's pizza. You can leave that review elsewhere. This is about the guy serving me pizza on 4/8/22 and this location. It's so rare to have a customer service experience that is positive today. Normally, I would have to expel a lot of energy in an effort to bring someone up to an appropriate energy level. This guy just had it from the get go and it was so refreshing, as the customer, not to have to work. So, since you didn't wear a name tag that was visible; Mr. Gen X-mildly greyed facial hair guy that offered me plates and napkins with my pizza at 1450 today, thank you for the great customer service! You made my afternoon. That encounter mattered to me. I applaud you sir.Edit: His name is Sean and it's not a fluke. The dude just has a sincerely good work ethic and personality. Go here and say hi to Sean! We got 7 pizzas for a birthday party 4/16 and he even loaded them into my car for me. Everyone in there looked like they wanted to be there. It's just refreshing to be in a space like that.Edit: 3rd trip just an all around professional staff. The manager needs to keep these folks happy as they're the reason I come back.
Found a hair in my pizza pulled one out of mouth it was green. So I called and asked if anyone at the store has any green hair Dakota the manager said no and blamed another store when I continued to say I know where I had just gotten the pizza 40 min prior she says she doesnt know what to say because no one on the staff has that color of hair. I didnt care to argue but how she responded was poor management. Just really bummed me out completely ruined a good pizza
I wasn't a big fan of Papa John's Pizza for quite awhile. The food was really greasy, cold and/or hadn't been prepared correctly. I moved 3 years ago & a different store is a couple of miles from here. I love chicken ? pizza with the white meat, ?bacon, onions, black olives or mushrooms, with ranch salad dressing for the sauce!I decided to try the Papadias that the store offers. It's kinda like a calzone without the sealed edges...So I guess it's like a Quesadilla but not exactly. It's a folded over small pizza crust w/ the goodies inside. I don't know how the cook it. I thought it might be placed in a panini press but there's no markings on the side ?. So it's baked . With the parmesan crusted ones they looked to have had the sides pressed to crisp the cheese.When they arrived I had purchased 2 for extra meals. 1 was parmesan crusted 1 plain. They both had the same toppings: ?Chicken breast, bacon, onions & black ⚫olives. My sauce is ranch it's best w chicken. They were prepared correctly and were hot too. I tried the Parmesan crusted first. Oh, & I had the Garlic "Butter " & Garlic & Parmesan dipping sauces. The Papadia was hot w/ lots of melted cheese, copious amounts of onions & bacon too! W/ a touch of the garlic dipping sauce it was perfect to me!!! The regular, sans parmesan crust, was the same full of onions, ?bacon & olives! The only difference between the two was the added taste of crunchy parmesan cheese (and extra salt) and the dipping sauce was parmesan & garlic. This dipping sauce recipe was disgusting! Kinda sweet and where was the parmesan? Run run run away from it! YuckThese Papadillas are tasty! I can get 3-4 meals out of 2 of them. Also, they are even delicious cold! As for the Parmesan Crusted ones? It's $1.00 more it's tasty but I can live with plain. Basically it's just a personal choice.All in all Papa John's Pizza ? has created a nice bite! A pizza without the greasy (depends on ingredients of course) pizza's I used to get. They're not that expensive and they are one of my favorite dishes that's available to be delivered!***One Note to Add***I have called on 2 or 3 occasions when there was a problem with one order. The Manager was condescending and rude. The other times I called to see if they were out of chicken. The gal who answered initially was sweet & kind. She said they had chicken. I told her that Uber had their menu wrong online for delivery. She was quiet for a second (this was the same on other calls as well) & the manager took the phone from her rather nastilly. I could hear his voice. When I asked about missing things on the menu he was rude, condescending and with the attitude that I was not someone he'd usually speak too! If not for the usual great service and product I'd have been happy to tell him...***
Yesterday I ordered a pizza for carry out and when I walked into the store the manager was SCREAMING at his employees. It was very chaotic and things weren't going the correct way I suppose. I felt absolutely horrible for these employees who looked defeated as their leader was loosing his mind and was not handling the stress correctly. I patiently waited for the pizza because I wasn't in a hurry. The two people who helped me at the counter (I believe one of them was a girl named Zoe) were very nice despite being berated behind the counter. I hope the manager reads this and realizes he needs to treat his employees better.
OkTHE most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten.I honestly would rather eat my own vomit before I eat another Papa Johns pizza.The crust redefines flaccid.The toppings - NOT fresh.Soggy, messy, disgusting.Locally, I will eat Vics
Placed an order, took 75 minutes for delivery, was cold, when I called, the answering service said the store was closed. Papa John's has just gotten worse and worse.
Possibly my favorite. Keep trying to find the best combination. Our last two pizza order, however, was sixty bucks!
Classic Papa johns and good management.
This location is awesome. Food is always hot and just how I ordered it.
