this is my favorite food truck in Olympia. all the shawarma is excellent and the pitas are absolutely the most beautiful to-go pocket I've ever seen. baklava is fantastic. falafel is great too. I want try everything on the menu- i'm know it's all great but my go to order is so good I have a hard time branching out!the service is always fast, professional and courteous. i would recommend to anyone looking for fast and quality takeout!!

Never in my life have I had an undercooked patty this bad.Update....its not rage its a simple fact. Its truth. You should probably check the quality of your food before you send it out and considering you didn't people need to be aware. Don't come at the customer for what you did wrong. Food should NEVER be that undercooked.

I wanted to love it the way I remember loving the falafels and the lamb schwarma sandwiches I used to get in the Boston area, so exotic and always nice and fatty, decadent, concentrated flavor. The schwarma part on this sandwich is really good, the lavash is too, and it is definitely a filling sandwich! Excellent amba sauce, spice without spiceyness. Fun location directly opposite the waterfront. But they went light on the salt + on sauces (which I had been very excited for -- garlic cream sauce!!!) which all ended up at the bottom of the sandwich, so it was a bit dry ... on that point, the sweet potatoes inside are a creative touch I've never seen before, but they dominated ... but I wonder if rice or shredded lettuce instead, would have helped the sauce stick all the way through. Also I really wanted a higher meat-to-filling ratio for that fatty flavor, even if the sandwich has to be smaller.I'll be back when they have baklava again and I'll update this review after I ask for extra sauce :)

I almost didn't rate them a 5. Only because I've had issues with them being open. First time was on a Saturday. The good thing was I found Akashic (Review coming). That aside, I really wanted to eat here. Today I was finally able to. I had a lamb/beef shawarma pita and my wife a chicken pita. They were both amazing. Interesting but good french fries. Key to knowing if they'll be open is to check their website. You have to click an "Order Now" link. Shows the complete menu with pictures. If things say out of stock you'll know they're closed. I ordered online and it was super quick. Our food was ready at the time the website estimated. I recommend heading to this food truck corner.

Got a chicken pita with fries. The chicken was fresh (grilled to order) and generously portioned. The pita was flawlessly constructed, layered with the appropriate veggie and sauce ratios. It was somehow neatly put together but also busting at the seams. The fries were perfect and unique (extra thick + nice and brown). Most importantly, it was all incredibly delicious. Can't wait to come back!

This place is easy to find, access, and exit...if you're walking. Finding a parking spot will be your biggest challenge, but there's almost always one within three or four blocks (100-200 yards).Typical lunch / entre price for Olympia at $10-17 per person. The food tasty and filling. Freshness is obvious in taste and appearance. No facilities and handicapped access is typical for downtown. If you found this review to be helpful please consider adding a thumbs up. ?

I love Mediterranean food for the strong flavors, ordered the felafel pita and there was just no flavor. Felafel wasn’t cooked through and had a gummy center. The tahini sauce also didn’t have much flavor. Zero garlic flavor, which I was craving. Took a long time for the gal to make this and a shawarma pita with no other orders an hour after opening. I liked my partner’s chicken shawarma better than my felafel bc it had a garlic sauce. I might try them again some other time, as I see most people like this place.

We got a beef shawarmain a pita and a falafel in a pita with fries a few days ago. The fries were fine, but Unfortunately the sandwiches were both very dry and not flavorful at all.Definitely going to stick with Nineveh Assyrian down the street.

While looking at the menu and trying to make a decision, the proprietor began chatting with me. He has so much care and passion for his food including the ingredients and process. It was awe inspiring! I decided on a hummus bowl with shawarma. While waiting on that I tried a baklava. Wow! It was delicate and delicious! Once I got my food, I was asked if I wanted got sauce, which I definitely did. The whole meal was delicately wonderful. Subtle flavors dancing around. The hot sauce was so good! Definitely going back when I can!

I just tried this place for the first time. This is the best falafel spot in Olympia. The portions are big and the vegetables are fresh. Some of the best food in Oly.
