I ask for kung po chicken without veggies for take out. Even gave the little gal over $5 tip cause I thought she was cute. Got home and I’m pretty sure they put extra veggies in it. Cause that all that’s here I picked out what little chicken there was.

I came here Tuesday, March 1st, and my experience was absolutely amazing. The service was great and the staff were so friendly. The environment is comforting and I really enjoyed my time there. The food is really yummy as well! I will for sure be coming back!

Busy running around errands today and stopped for lunch at New Happy Teriyaki by Harrison, Olympia. I was glad I did. I really enjoyed the Korean noodles and chicken lunch special. Not only I enjoyed the food, their portion so generous, and staff are so attentive and friendly.

I went yesterday with my daughter and the lady that took our order was so sweet. She was helpful and and the food was great. I recommend this place and will be back!

We used to like going to this place. It was an old reliable when we couldn't decide what to eat when shopping on the westside. Oh how the times have changed. The customer service has fallen off. They serve food in to go containers and with plasticware. For as much as you have to pay it isn't worth it.

I have in the past greatly enjoyed this restaurant but recently it really has not met my standards. $24 for a meal and side was just way too much for the quantity of what you get. There were very little pieces of meat in my Mongolian Beef and it was so dry! The spring rolls were okay but really greasy. Overall this place would probably be closer to a 3 but the price really turned me off. I feel for these business because Covid has not been kind to them.

The people who order after us got their food first and couldn't help but think it was because we didn't tip up front. Not sure but I like to wait to tip. By the time I got my food it was cold so they definitely chose not to serve us first because it was not busy. Lame service and food was so so taste .. and cold. I won't be back.

Not bad. Had big bowl of pho. Hit the spot on a cold and wet western Washington day. Cashier was hard to understand, accent was heavy but I'm also mostly deaf and masking limits my reading lips. Restaurant looked clean, you could tell they have been in business for a long time. Bathroom had some interesting plumbing but also looked fairly clean. Pho was good! I should have just ordered the smaller size and would have been perfect. Brisket was a little fatty but this is normal. Can be a fatty cut of meat.

This place should get zero stars. Customer service was awful. I went inside and ordered waited over 45 minutes and still no food. During my time waiting, witnessed a lot of unhappy customers. (Red flag!) I finally went up to the counter to ask how much longer, they tell me they haven’t started making it because the register ran out of tape and they didn’t get my order. I asked for a refund and they didn’t know how to refund my card. The lady had to call a number to have someone on the phone refund me. That took another 15 minutes. I’m actually glad I didn’t get the food, after reading other reviews, sounds terrible. This place has lost my business.

We dined in this establishment today. The menu is huge and it was hard to choose. I got chicken teriyaki and katsu chicken. My husband got chicken & beef teriyaki from the lunch menu. When our meals came to the table they were served in styrofoam containers. None of the food was seasoned especially the beef. It was very dry almost as of it was pre-cooked and had no flavor. Not too sure what sauces they use for the teriyaki and the katsu but its probably some bottled offbrand and there was just a very slight drizzle on top of the meat.Customer service was nice and prompt with getting food to the table.
