Had a reservation at 4pm didn’t get seated until 5pm even though no one else was waiting.. waited until 530 to get my order taken an food made. At 6pm my party of 3 finally ate (2 kids meals an a adult meal 85$ plus tax) not once did we get asked if we wanted more napkins, refills or sauce. Took 20mins to get to go box’s an the check. We didn’t leave until 630. This was such a horrid experience. What a great way to spend Mother’s Day.
The chef Michael was absolutely amazing! Idk if it’s bc it’s mother’s but service was terrible. We reserved a time and that made no difference. We sat and waited 20 min and had request for a server. The ppl next to us showed up 20 minutes after us and got thee side dishes immediately and we were still waiting on our water. As the chef was making our food, we asked about our soups and salads and the server got annoyed with us. And the kids literally got their ice cream as we were leaving. I’m only leaving a good rating the chef!
The food is alright, pretty typical of any other hibachi grill. They have noodles mixed in with the veggies which was different, but still good. I noticed that our chef didn't do quite as many tricks/entertaining as other places. What made me give the restaurant two less stars was that the staff made me a little uncomfortable. They kept asking me why I didn't eat certain foods on my plate, or if I didn't like them, or if I had even tried them. These are things I ask my 5-year-old, and just personally felt weird that our waitress kept asking me. They served us a bowl of ice cream at the end of our meal which was a nice surprise.
This place is absolutely amazing the ambiance and the customer service is extraordinary loved it will love it again

This is, by far, our favorite hibachi restaurant in the area! We've lived here for 3 and a half years, and have been to all of the surrounding towns, testing the hibachi restaurants. THIS is THE ONE. The food is always amazing. The staff is always friendly. The prices are lower than many other hibachi places, which is surprising since the food here is better. I always get the shrimp and scallops hibachi meal with an extra side of mushrooms! I also love that they always offer my son a ring pop as we're leaving. He gets so excited!

The food and service were great. No waiting line. Depending on your sense of humor, the staff were friendly and super engaging. Nice to go as a group of 7-8 to be seated together. A place definitely worth a return.
The atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming. They cook your food right in front of you. The gentleman that cooked our food was delightfully entertaining! They were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go again! 10/10 definitely recommend.
Excellent food custom made in front of you. Very friendly staff and not pushing you out the door like others in Olympia. Dinner meal comes with choice of meat or two combo with salad, miso and ice cream at the end. Great energy and vibe. Serve beer an liquor and great for kids or adult parties.
