Worst customer service ever!I came in this location one night, and not even one employee wanted to help me. They saw me, but refused to help me or ask me how they could help me.They continued to ignore me and decided to be playing on their phones and taking pictures of themselves.Completely unprofessional employees. Children, really. They just don't care.The owner of this location needs to fire the majority of the staff and hire new employees asap. This was highly unprofessional.I get that this is fast food, but any business that wants to stay in business, needs to have a code of conduct and treating their customers with respect. Completely unacceptable.
Went to McDonald's tonight and they were out of fries and did not compensate on the kids meal then had to turn around and go back because instead of putting nuggets in his box they gave him a box of fry sauce which made a huge mess so by the time we were able to get home or other half of our order was cold. And his kids box was full of mac sauce but they wouldnt replace it.
This will be my last time coming here. First of all it’s 50/50 whether or not they will get your order right. The order is very often missing something. The larger the order the more likely the order will be wrong so I try to keep it simple. Tonight they had me move forward to a stall and wait even tho my order was small. I gave the bag a quick check when they brought it out and all the food was there so I left. They didn’t include any sauce for any of the chicken nuggets and the pies were cold. I won’t be back . I have given this location many chances due to it’s convenient location but it’s worth traveling to a different location if the orders are correct and the food is warm.
Almost every time I go here they forget something or don't get the order right. Fries are always undercooked and white. Drinks taste like machine needs to be cleaned. The workers are always pleasant though.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The guy at the speaker sounded like he was high. Got my food, the chicken nuggets weren't crispy so I am sure they have been sitting for a while and the apple pie was room temp. The health dept should probably pay them a visit. This has become a common theme with this mcdonalds. Recommend skipping this one.
Everytime I come here you always mess something up I only get a 30 minute lunch break so I can’t come back for you to make it right I payed for double cheese and got McDoubles everytime I get nuggets they never come with sauce even though I specifically ask for it and the feta are always undercooked and never have salt on them
This was the third time there was no condiments on my sandwich. I'm beginning to think someone is doing this on purpose. I'm never rude going through the line. Their people just don't care! Just goes to show I need to stay home and cook. That way I know people aren't messing with my food.
I was using the McDonald's app and somehow the number did not display, but the employee was quick on her feet and honored the deal I had, by manual input and I didn't have to wait long at all for that. I really appreciated it as I was not sure what else I could do, but grateful for someone taking care of it rather than not knowing how to help a customer out :)
Good service friendly employees very polite order was correct and very tasty.
No communication in their kitchen as a result they are extremely slow. I feel bad for the employees, you can tell they were given zero customer service training and very limited training for their positions. Shame it's a great location.
