The young punk (because there is no other word to describe him) working the drive through window with his pants halfway down his legs, so the whole world had to look at his underwear, is a prime example of what is wrong with our world today. Oh, and did I mention that the entire time we sat there, he was talking on his cell phone, never once acknowledged us and shoved the food out the window at us without looking. Pathetic excuse for customer service.
I'm not going to lie... I experienced some horrible service at this McDonalds. To be fair it is McDonalds, so I suppose it might be far reaching to expect/hope for good quality customer service. I have also never experienced this level of poor service at any other McDonald's that I've been to.I came in the drive through, thinking I was going to get breakfast but then I saw lunch and realized that it sounded better. So when they asked me for my order I told them I needed a minute to figure out my order. I told them what I wanted. She asked if that was all, and I said no, I also wanted to order a meal for my husband. Mind you, there is no one behind me, no line. And my pauses were not very long.I heard through the microphone the girl mutter 'come oooooon' to herself. And then a second later speaks into her headset informing me that drive through is for people who know what they want, they have a lobby if I need time to think.Excuse me? ... There is no line. My pauses to think weren't hardly long enough to warrant frustration... And I could be wrong but there are many reasons why a person might go through the drive thru. Individuals with disabilities, who struggle more than the average person to get in and out of a vehicle. Parents like myself, who have children that would make going in and out of a lobby far more difficult. As someone who worked for many years in customer service I was taken aback.I politely told the girl, no thank you, I chose the drive thru. Finished my order and went on my way.
This McDonald’s does not background check employees, and employees many underage workers. The manager Brenda routinely pressures employees to work in unsafe conditions, and creates a toxic work environment. The manager Brenda often does not give customers receipts, because she gives employees the receipts to fill out the customer surveys. This is because she gets a bonus if there is a certain amount of positive reviews, so rather than increasing customer experience, she withholds receipts and had employees fill them out on the clock in exchange for free food. I hope the owners of this franchise bring in new management, who cares about the employees and customer experience rather than her own financial gains.
Dine in is finally open again for this McDonald's, went here for some breakfast. Ordered from the Kiosk and awaited my meal, nice and clean and friendly staff. The food was McDonald's quality, nothing special, good for a quick bite, Although I was given mexican salsa instead of picante sauce and it did not taste good. For breakfast I like the Sausage burrito w/ picante sauce, Chicken Mcgriddle, and Sausage egg cheese Mcgriddle ?
Ordered 10 nuggets, got 8. You can't be be playing with people like this. And they still don't have the lobby open so I couldn't go in to ask them to fix it. Two stars deducted for the two nuggets I did not receive.
Say what you will about McDonald's, but here's the deal:1) They are now hiring on the Westside for $15.50 an hour, free shift meal and pay THE NEXT DAY!2) I just fed two kids for $6.79. We're struggling and no kitchen to cook in. I could've cried.
NEWEST REVIEW- 2/7/2022I ordered the newest menu hack surf plus turf with a large fries and a sprite via grubhub. I only received two seperate burgers ( it's supposed to come as one burger ) , no drink, no fries, and none of my instructions followed. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS VIA GRUBHUB IT NEVER GOES RIGHT. Not only that but my grubhub driver is always texting me saying that y'all didn't know there was an order so they'll have to wait.. so what I think it is, is , y'all are not receiving grubhub orders so when drivers arrive there, y'all rush the order and end up forgetting items.. if that's the case, do not accept grubhub orders or simply FIX THE SYSTEM.-------------------old review-DELIVERY DRIVERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! LET.THEM.IN. ORRRRR HAND THEM THE FOOD THROUGH THE DOOR!!!!!!! Nobody has time to be waiting in those long lines for customers food that already ordered way before all the cars in the drive thru!! stop being ignorant and get hip to the times!! Seattle drivers pick up at the window for mcdonalds.. why is it any different at this location? ?
I told the manager I had seen several customers drive off because they only had a single drive through open and that I had gone elsewhere 3 times in the last month for the same reason. She told me it was my fault for complaining. Done.
Ever since they reopened they are charging almost double what prices are at other locations. Didn’t even attempt to snow plow or de ice the parking lot for safety. Always takes entirely too long on small orders and now also charges for bags which is crazy.
It's a McDonalds, not much to say. This particular location gets backed up pretty frequently but I haven't had a messed up order. So far the employees are friendly and the food is decent.
