The Corporate Overlords have tossed SERVICE out the window. Nobody will help you, take your order, or bring your food to you in spite of them offering table service.The staff display a complete lack of interest in providing customer service, and even go so far as to rudely tell people to use the automated Kiosks.DONT eat in if you don't have to.
Used the kiosk to order my daughter and I some dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant, plus a few cars in the drive-thru.It is obvious that the drive-thru takes precedence as our two burgers, a soda, and an order of fries took 15 minutes. Our soda and fries were forgotten about, that took another 10 minutes to get.I'll stick with drive-thru next time.
The app said this location was closed at 7pmHad to go in and order.Not much need for the app.Manager or the highest ranking person there was hustling and making great effort.He's the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1.Oh... and the lobby soda dispenser was out of Dr. Pepper.
Kid at the drive thru kept trying to rush me through ordering and then when I paid he didnt take my mcdonalds app coupon. When I recieved my food the fries were cold, my spicy nugs should have been thrown out and not served to anyone and my quarter pounder shouldve had no salt and it wasnt marked on the reciept or made that way so I couldnt eat it.
An employee name Texas, had been very courteous and even encourage the team to keep up the good work. It took longer ordering, lol. Very fast and fresh. Had all my sandwiches. Lobby is clean as well. They even answer the phone when i called ahead of time, to see if the lobby had been available for breakfast. Great Service!! Great team!! Fresh and Fast! This is around 9:40 A.M. on Tuesday.
Never got food,they know my car and still haven't had hot fries ? order and than always have to wait for what should be hot
I came into this location March 2 2022. After leaving this location and realizing I received someone else’s order, I called and spoke to Brenda and Todd. Not only was there willingness to replace and correct my order ABOVE and beyond, but there customer service was amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for them!! Anybody I come across that wants McDonald’s I will always send to this location
I worked at McDonald's more years ago than I would like to admit. And I've stuck to the same 2 orders in the decades since. I am 100% certain the quarter pounder with cheese does not, and has never come with mayo and lettuce on it. I'm hoping I got someone else's burger because the fact that the kid working the counter didn't acknowledge our presence once, listen to my request, and loudly and actively argued with another customer who had a receipt and a bag fresh from the drive thru that was missing food...if in fact you've also got someone in the kitchen who doesn't know the 4 condiments on the quarter lb, you've got a serious training issue.
EVERYTIME I've tried this location i get buns that are stale, fries that seem like they were made an hour before and the pies... forget it! They must change the expiration time on them all day, making them dried out by end of day! I hate to think how long the burgers sit for!! Ive had to check my order after the last 2 times ive been, to make sure its correct since i pay for items i dont receive. Wont be going any more! Drive the extra distance to a different location!!!
We had the best experience here all because of Alec!! He replaced my cheeseburger 5hat I dropped on 6he floor of my car. He also let us keep the smoothie they made wrong and gave us the correct one. He went above a d beyond to make sure we had great service. We will be back due to his kindness!
