I have been here many times and the food was always fast and good. Tonight I ordered 2 sandwiches. There were two cars in front of me and it took forever. I asked the Cashier at the window if they were short staffed. I was genuinely curious because I have never experienced that long of a wait there. She heard me but wouldn’t answer. She didn’t even say I’m sorry for you wait. I mean isn’t the motto freaky fast? Won’t be back to this location
Justin was our delivery driver and he's AMAZING! Communicated me when he was close to our apartment so we could be on the lookout! Great attitude is these less than pleasant times! Thank our, Justin!
Turn the music down. With masks and talking though Plexi glass it is impossible to talk. The food was good, but even the staff apologized for not understanding anyone's orders.
Waited 20 mins total in the drive through for one regular sandwich. I got the cursory 'sorry for the wait' twice. Not even an offer for a courtesy small fountain drink or a pickle. I suppose I could take my business elsewhere like Meconi's.
Great service, quality ingredients. Cant go wrong if your in the mood for a sandwich.

The food was ok, the problem was the 28 minute wait in the drive through. I know hiring people is tough but that still seems like a long time to make a few sandwiches.
They don't follow the directions for online orders. Added bacon and mustard to my order and didn't get either of those things and bacon is an additional 2 dollars and some change.
Un-wich where have you been all my life? I was hesitant bc I thought it would be really messy to eat but they wrapped so well. It is my new favorite! Love the un-wich!! #14 bootlegger w/provolone oregano hot pepper and cucumber. Yum!
Thankful they have a drive thru option as we sat outside and ate food. Great service and great food.
