I love Mr. brown he is my favorite employee and has given me some lovin on various occasions, he is also very good at fishing and has given me various tips on how to fish please give him a raise I think for his customer service, also he has herpes
I missed a take out order for work on a Sunday because they were closed. I don't agree with that business decision but I accepted it. Tonight, Thursday, they were closed early, at 17:45, dinner time, for Veteran's Day. Is this a federal sandwich shop?Untrustworthy. I ended up paying exorbitant fees for Uber Eats to deliver to my job. I won't risk going here again. The food joints around Olympia remind me of small, beach town eateries. They're usually closed, or they close earlier and earlier. That's not reliable or accommodating. Do they want to provide a service and sell sandwiches or what?
5/5 as compared to other Jimmy John's. Excellent customer service. Clean and quick. Prepared correctly and tasted how I expected it would. I get the the bootlegger #14 without tomato please. There was a huge double rainbow outside over the location... Maybe it's lucky. ?

People are rude as hell. They eat then make sandwiches without washing hands. they look at you with attitude when you let them know the bathroom is out of toilet paper and roll their eyes as they walk away and continue eating.
Terrible customer service and my $7.50 sandwich was less than tasty. The bread was hard, the ham slice (not slices)was so thin and the two tomatoes were the size of quarters. So disappointing, I threw it in the garbage. Will not go here again.
