Hours state always open however it’s not even 10 PM and they are clearly closed on a Friday night even!! And employees are incredibly rude! How are you even still in business?
This place is a joke! Not even close to busy and they cant get things right. Came in around 2:30 pm and ordered using a coupon for just 2 sausage breakfast sandwich meals. Took almost 15 minutes. Finally one of them notices I was still standing there and asked if I had been helped. Told her i was still waiting for my food. She said "oh" went and grabbed a bag i had seen sitting for quite some time and said here ya go. Really? That hard to make sure things are served on time? I sat inside and watched person after person have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for basic things. A lady had to pull around from drive through just waiting on nuggets. She sat there for a good 10 minutes before the counter girl went and asked if anyone had brought her food out. She said no and the girl said it would be right out. 5 minutes later its finally out. Then there's the employees going out and puffing away on e cigs right outside the front door. Definitely will not be back to this place. Seriously in need of new management.
Lack of staff continually have this location closing down and refusing business. Overnight ordering thru the drive thru takes forever and that is to just reach the ordering speaker it takes double that time wait for you to actually be given your food order. Signz posted in drive thru that they do not accept ANY CASH payments after 10pm only debit and credit or gift card payments
I just needed change because the lady at mickey dees wouldnt take a bill higher than a 20 .so I went in to buy a soda and the cashier asked me a few times if I just wanted change for 100 and I thought he was going to give me a hard time too but no.he told me jold on after he got my soda and handed me five 20s and said have a great day and gave me the soda for free..they rock
Ordered popcorn chicken, took one bite and it was ICE cold, likely still frozen. Absolutely disgusted. I did let them know and my meal was remade but that should never happen. I won't be back
Won't answer phone. Had lights on last night but nobody in store. They stole my money from my mobile order that they didnt fulfill last night. 3rd location to act open on the mobile app just to steal your money. When they do answer they breathe heavily before hanging up. Says number is disconnected despite sometimes ringing and occasional creepy breathing. Management needs to be replaced.
As far as Jack In The Box goes, this one is OK. Jack In The Box itself isn't great. I mostly just stopped here for food after my appointment. As far as plant-based food goes, I was only able to get curly fries and a soda.Funny anecdote: I left my phone in the bathroom while I was there, and the manager rescued it when we called so I could go back and get it.
Fast and easy . Right by All the major stores and freeway entrance to i-5 north and south. Big bonus for dog lovers is they will give your dog a leftover treat if you ask. our dog's love it. We always go there because of the treats.
The food is always super delicious and omg the egg rolls are bomb! They never seem to disappoint me! Plus great attitude and such kindness! I love you guys!
