My oldest daughter and I came to IHOP for breakfast. We both enjoyed our food so much!! We have gluten allergies, and were so happy with the gluten-free pancakes and waffles. What’s great is that our waitress noticed our possible dietary restriction. So when we also ordered an omelette, she let us know that omelettes normally have flour to make them more fluffy. She asked if we wanted cracked eggs instead. Thank you for noticing!! We appreciate it. The only thing that would take the experience to the next level: get stevia packets as an option for coffee. But it wasn’t a big deal, we loved our experience regardless. Thank you!
One of the weirdest experiences I've had. Waitress was impatient and had no personality. Asked a question and it was it was answered by shaking her head "no"Seemed to be in a rush when there was no need to be.. Never checked on us. Never asked if we needed refills, never asked if it was good. When we needed something we had to yell "excuse me" as she was walking by and it seemed we were an inconvenience.A few other guest and our group were made to sit by the back exit door when the whole restaurant had seating up front. I don't think I'll be going back to this place after this experience.

Awesome waitress. The food was okay. My breakfast burrito could've been a bit warmer. Seemed like maybe it has been sitting for awhile before it came out. The pancakes were slightly over cooked, very dark on one side. Overall it was decent and fairly good prices too
Spicy Poblano I had was really spicy. The omelets was amazing and the meat just tasted delicious
They crammed 6 adults into a booth and we're big folks so I thought oh no this is not fun. But our waiter was the best I've ever had. His energy was contagious. Our food came out pretty fast. The food was amazing. And we ended up having a pretty good time. Hey employees 6 adults do not fit in a booth.
We’ll I gave this place a second chance during a completely different shift of employees and the customer service still sucks. We will definitely not be attending this brand again. Zero customer service with a line of people attempting to pay and/or sit down to order. The hot topic during this evening that prevented employees from helping customers was their new schedule for next week. WOW, how about swap shifts and complain after the customer has left the restaurant not 10 feet away while customers are waiting for assistance. The disrespect your group had to actually look over at the line of customers like you where about to come over and assist only to turn away again and just continue the personal conversation. After two failed visits to this restaurant and had the opportunity to actually be helped by two separate crew shifts I’m honestly surprised this location is even still open.
This happens every single time I come here. I asked for the yolk mostly cooked and this happened after I transferred them off my plate. I was trying to be careful. They started off great but the waitress never came to check on me or anything. I finished my drink just to see how quickly she would notice the eggs. She offered a refill but avoided the issue that's obviously visible. The portion was decent for everything else
My sister, her toddlers, and I came in and were seated in a booth. Immediately our server was in a bad mood, she didn't greet us, didn't tell us her name, she just rushed to get our order (we were one of maybe 3 or 4 tables in the entire place) she barely came to check on us, and when she came to drop off stuff, since our toddler was in the way, she would just thrust the stuff in one of our hands, and kept rudely telling us "I don't know where you want me to put this." In a scoffing tone. And in the middle of our meal, we heard a child (about 4 or 5) coming out of the bathroom, who then started crying, because apparently he got his hand stuck in the door. No one left or entered the bathroom since we got there, so this child was just playing, unattended in the bathroom. This childs mom was a server. No judgment for the mom, but I think the child should have had more supervision. At the end, we figured our server might have been having a bad day, so we tipped about $7, and we still received the same attitude.Just overall a bad experience.
food was not bad, the server was a burley lady with a raspy voice. she was loud and kind of rude. they also did not have the happy hour special because it “lost them a lot of money last year”, which isn’t her fault of course. but our food came out and she dropped in in front of us, there was no excuse me, or food on your right side, or i have your meals here, or enjoy! just dropped them and walked away. she gave us the check and i paid cash, she asked me if i wanted change. WHICH YOU NEVER DO! i should have not tipped at all because of that. most definitely will be going to a different location, or dennys.
