Dude! This place is SO good I think i'talia stands for "It Tastes Awesome Likes It Alot" pizza was crispy and the perfect amount of char, fresh ingredients and just wonderful. Meatball sandwich was on perfectly toasted bread. Came with fresh home made chips perfectly salted. And the pistachio gelato was so amazing. I was kinda expecting a mid run place after trying a few local spots that claimed to be the best in town. One claimed to be old school but I would call it hipster. The other was a creek made of stone, but after a mid level review the owner started sending me nasty emails and demanding I raise the rating. They would have to be stoned for me to go back. So my expectations we're pretty low, but this place literally blew me away. I would dare say I have never had better pizza or gelato. So freaking good! So forget all the local imitators and go here first. It's the best!
The baked pasta was devine. The music was a bit loud for conversation but the employees were great. I'm heading back for dinners after a long shift..
Absolutely love this place! Nice staff, and very good gluten free options for flatbread. Although I am not gluten free, I highly enjoy it with my mom! They also have great gelato!
Wouldn't mind coming back and trying again. I loved the bruschetta, so fresh!Staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean.
Giving 2 stars bc it was my 1st time there and the gal working at the cashier didn't even tell me where to sit and how to order food....I had to ask. She never told me about any specials. Plus you have to have good eyesight to even see the menu behind the cashier area. She needs training in the customer service area for sure!! I'll probably won't be back!!!!!
It is a walk up, and order type of thing and made to order. I ordered an Italian sandwich with a quad Americano to give the place a try. The total was about $17 with tax. I was a little surprised at the price, as that seemed a bit high so I was hoping the sandwich would justify itself. As for the coffee, they didnt have any of the usual options like Almond milk nor even soy milk and they didnt show mochas on the menu at all, although perhaps they had them? I got my coffee first and she didnt ask me if I wanted cream nor anything really, and so I ended up walking myself to the front and waiting for someone to get it from them. That wS a bit plussing and unusual. When the sandwich came, it was a substantial sandwich on olive oiled warm bread. It was a fullsome sandwich. My suggestions after eating there were to have a little better description of the sandwiches on the menu, as I had to ask a number of questions before ordering and she seemed annoyed by my questions. The sandwich I got was kind of a surprise. It wasn't a good or bad surprise, but I did feel a bit lost on what I had actually agreed to eat until it came. The sandwich was a great combination of italian meats and peppercini's and I know many people dont like them, so I can see someone who didnt being plussed that they didnt know it was coming. I think that they could have been a bit more helpful when I asked questions. I realize that they do it all ay but as a new customer giving them a try for the first time (which I was sure to tell them) i can't be expected to guess or know what is good nor what to expect. Overall it was fine, if expensive. I'll pay more for superior treatment etc... but I think I didn't get everything I hoped from the experience as an experience. The sandwich was substantial and had nothing to apologize for, but was the experience worth $17? If I eat there again, I'll post again about it to see what I think but I have so many options around there that it would be hard to prioritize it.
Love this restaurant. The portobello mushroom sandwich and pear gorgonzola salad is my favorite. Their pizza is also wonderful.
Great mix of Neopolitan and California pizzas. They're always doing seasonal specials so it's worth coming in regularly.
This restaurant serviced me a pizza that was one of the best pizzas l have eaten . Gorgonzola & Pear.?
This is a classy, spacious restaurant with top notch pizza. The pizza al pesto was satisfying and I think I'll be back.
