I love this place. Splurge on the fried rice!ASMR in person! So memorizing to watch them cook.

We went here for a wedding dinner and got our favorite chef, it was amazing like always! The food was so good as always. They are pricey but worth every dime!!! You have to try this place! And it's literally a dinner and a show!
Fun dinner experience. Some chefs are more engaging and entertaining than others. Food was cooked properly and exactly as ordered. A companion ordered the basic white rice and didn't get it until over half way through the meal. We had to wave down our waitress to get more drinks and when we couldn't find her and asked another employee the responses was "you need to ask your waitress" as they walked off. Not the greatest but it was a very busy dinner service. I'll definitely be going back but probably pick I time they are not so busy.
We've eaten here at least 30 times. We love this place, our kids love this place. I seriously contemplated a 3 star review simply because the facility is getting so run down. The front doors have been broken for months if not a year. The furniture that the servers use for their beverage station and what not are clearly thrift store finds from 20 years ago.With as much as this place charges for their food they should be able to invest some of their profits into renovations.Ray was our server and as always he was great!Our server was very inattentive and we had to flag her down for more drinks, chopsticks, etc. The overall feel of the place just seems less energetic, not as celebratory.
Food is delicious. Chefs are so entertaining. Wait staff did a great job.

Went there for a birthday party and we were 7 kids and 6 adults, had two tables with cooks. However, very disappointed.....the food for most part was good, but the service was rushed and awful (done in less than 45 minutes for everything). Before we even ordered and right after we sat down, our soup and salad (which was swimming in dressing and chunks way to big to fit in any mouth)arrived very hurriedly. Plus the salad plates had dressing dripping over the side when delivered to table. Then we were asked if we wanted fried or white rice with our order. Of course every one wanted the fried rice (no mention at time there was a $4.50 xtra charge per person=$58.50) Then the dipping sauces were dished up and slopped into the dishes spilling lots on the table, and no one bothering to wipe up any of the mess. So we sat in the mess. When the bill came, a very generous gratuity was already added to our $700+ bill. We were promptly informed that the gratuity on the bill was ONLY for the cook and we needed to leave additional gratuity for the waitresses. Never again, plus there was not much difference in the serving sizes for the kids vs. adults. In past years it felt more leisurely, but not this year. We all said we would not come again! Service was awful. Cook was delightful, but again, he was in s super hurry! Not fun feeling as though you had to eat and get the hell out of there for the next group.
