I have been getting lunch here for over a year now, typically once a week. Service is fast and friendly, food is good. I ordered something different the last time I went in and got something different then expected. The lady who takes the orders was very accommodating and provided me another meal at no cost. Good place for a quick lunch!

This is some of the best Japanese food in Olympia. It's a smaller restaurant but everything about hits all the check marks. Friendly staff. Amazing food and amazing experience. Will definitely be eating from here more often.

Food was okay. The miso had no tofu, the broth was a little off. Had chirashi and it reminded me more of a poke bowl, the fish was cut in tiny pieces.

I've ordered online from them 2-3 times a month for a couple years, but decided to finally stop in personally... wow, was that a mistake.... the staff rudely declined to serve us because they were "too busy." 1 customer seated at a table and 3 to go orders.... that's it. That's why they were too busy... 4 orders total... won't go back and won't order online anymore. There are FAR better teriyaki spots in Olympia. I will take my literally thousands of dollars I've spent here and spend them elsewhere

Delicious, quality food at a great price and nice service :)

There are two different restaurants with Fuji in the name, I am writing about the one at 123 E. Bay N.E., Olympia. I don't know if I just got them on a bad day or what, but most of the food was inedible. The steamed rice was burned, the fried rice was so badly burned that it had ash flakes in it, even the tea tasted like it was served in an ash tray. I can understand making a mistake or two, but three different burned dishes? And a decent restaurant won't serve a customer their "mistakes".

Best teriyaki beef I’ve had in a long time. The service was great and the food was exceptional. I will go back again.

We ordered chicken teriyaki with California roll and a volcano roll and they were both so so good. Old school little place, nice lady, great food!

Really lovely owners / operators. Great food, plenty of interesting sushi to choose from.

Love love love their chicken and fried rice. Don’t mind the terribly rude lady probably owner she is really just not a very happy person if ya want that go to happy teriyaki where the food is nasty l. She’s the worst at service but the food is delicious so it is what it is
