When i walked in and saw the COVID barrier, i almost walked right back out. But wanted to see how this place operates. There was a table barrier blocking entrance into the establishment. Absolutely ridiculous. They're living in the middle of 2021. You have to order from 50 feet away.I made the lady come collect my cash in-person for s and gs. ???There is no possibility this place will make it if they keep current standards. Recommend you try Jamba Juice or Emerald City Smoothie ?
The ordering situation is literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. You order your food 30 feet away from the counter (FoR CoVId SaFEty).If you want to pay with cash, they have to walk up to get the cash, then again to give you change ???There is NO indoor seating allowed, and a small teriyaki bowl is 17 dollars!!!!!!
EPIC FAILURE. Ordered a cobb salad and a Pangoa rice bowl with beef protein for take out, nothing else. Upon arriving at home twenty miles south, realized that the Pangoa bowl was all rice and no beef or beans at all. When we called to let them know, they laughed it off and literally said "Our bad, we noticed that when you left, we'll give you free protein next time", but no mention of making it right for this order. There will be no "next time", simply due to their lackadaisical attitude and refusal of accountability. For the record, the Cobb salad had lots of boiled egg and was decent, but definitely not worth the price. Burger Claim in Grand Mound has a much better Cobb salad for $12, hands down. The menu looks fresh and fun so we were excited, but the absolute failure of execution and responsibility is completely unacceptable.
Okay , so for starters this is the best food i have had since i have moved to Washington i have been here two years alright. The staff here could not be anymore amazing then they currently are they are fast they are polite and they handle your food with care. I eat here often and never had issues not once . They make my day I love going in their to see the staff and even just say hello to them they are so charismatic you would think they are your family. I especially love going here when i have a rough day bc the smiles.they put on my face their manager is for sure leading a great team here and they deserve all.the recognition they can get. I support this.team and hope.to.see them grow as people. The food. Has helped me watch my weight , it's filling, not overly priced, it tastes amazing . Their smoothies are to die for, the additives are great selection . But once again over all the service is the best i have received out of any restaurant i have been to thank you so much freshii Olympia!
The ingredients taste fresh haha atmosphere is super cute, very small space for sitting and small seats inside but they aren't allowing dine in. The Freshii Green smoothie was light yet had hints of banana and pineapple that made is delicious. My only complaint was how the Teriyaki burrito had sauce dripping before I even started eating it. My 4 year old loved the kids quesadilla and to be honest it smelled fantastic but I took a nibble and it's bland. The parking outside is a little cramped but the business next door is shut down so there were many open spots. They also make their own brand of juices.
First time to eat there, sorta vegan meet Chipotle. Had the Tex-Mex Burrito. Had a friend order with the app, (I don't like apps). It was done and bagged when we got there. They have what I assume used to be sit in dining tables set as a barrier, guessing for Covid. Burrito was good and larger than I could eat in one sitting.
Food was boring and Really overpriced. There’s no flavor just go to chipotle don’t waste your money here.
Staff is nice but good lord are they slow with orders. I’m not sure how fast they get online orders sent to them, but every time I send one in to pickup I know to expect it to be at least 10 minutes later than the time I picked, even if I ordered 20 mins before. I know it’s a trivial thing to complain about, but it’s happened so many times that it’s gotten a little frustrating.
The employees were awesome and I got my smoothies really fast, but unfortunately they tasted really bad. The strawberry banana one tasted really watered down and like a smoothie I would make at home. The mango one had soooo much turmeric it was pretty bad. For 14 dollars for two SMALL smoothies I expected something a lot tastier...
I would not recommend using door dash for this restaurant. I ordered and paid for the food at 3:30 pm and my wrap was made at that time...but not delivered until 5pm. The food was soggy, the falafel was mushy and the lettuce slimy. It cost me a small fortune and the food was inedible.
