We were staying overnight in Tumwater and found this restaurant next door in Olympia. We went and picked up. It was excellent.
OMG! If you are in the mood for pub food this is the place. My husband had the fish and chips. His fish was wonderful and not greasy like it often can be. His chips aka fries were soooo good! I don’t know if they cut them themselves but they tasted like really fresh cut boardwalk fries. Yum! I had the pub burger made with a delicious bun and grass fed beef. I added bacon and cheddar and it was cooked to medium rare perfection! Good piece of lettuce etc just a really good bite and they understand what it takes to have a good burger. I got the onion rings and they were so crispy and not overly greasy either. I also had a peach cider that was yummy. Staff was friendly and service was great. I would recommend this place to friends looking for good quality pub food. They had vegetarian options too so I bet everyone could find something yummy.
Great service! We ordered online and there was a minor mistake on both our behalf and theirs. We interpreted the side orders as additional instead of replacement for the fries. We got cole slaw that we did not order and no fries, but they made it right and made us the fries on the spot right before closing hours too. Very friendly and they had a good list of craft beers. Next time we are in Olympia we will definitely be back!
This place is refreshing. There are no big TV's the music is just there, infact it's barely perceptible. It is a nice place to take a friend for a quiet 3-4 star dinner. I spent $60 on dinner and drinks for 2 and $15 of that was the tip. The food is on par with any place that serves this type of food and the atmosphere is just a bit more like a pub without the sports.

I go here all of the time! Love it! Food and beers are always great. They have lots of awesome local beers..12+ varieties! Annnd good cocktails, something for everyone! The staff is always so welcoming too. Nice local pub.
This was a nice, quiet place for a good afternoon beer. The service was good, and it's a big enough space you could spread out and keep your distance from the other patrons.The beer was really good. I had the Seapine Mosaic Pale, and the Matchless Topaz Hazy IPA. Both were excellent, but I liked the Matchless better.

Called in for a quick beer, stayed a couple of hours. Great range of craft beers and at good prices. Ordered the fish & chips which arrived super quick from the kitchen, possibly the best fish and chips I’ve had in the US (and I’ve travelled extensively over the years). The whole place deserves 6 stars not 5.
