Super nice staff and a great selection of loose leaf and bag teas. The chocolate side has a good variety too but is a little pricey. Great place to pick up a few treats or gifts
It was an okay experience. The tea was delicious. I would like more space while I'm shopping. Everyone doesn't prefer someone hovering over them asking them if they need help every minute. The male representative in the tea store came off like a car salesman he was very pushy overly helpful. I'd rather ask for help then keep being offered help. With the chocolate I made a mistake and got what the cashier told me was her favorite and it was disgusting. Definitely a reminder that all of our taste are not the same. Yummy tea though. I will most likely visit again and choose better chocolate for myself and this time hopefully I'll have more space in the tea store.
First time here and will definitely be back. It’s neat how they have the chocolate items on one side and the tea on the other. And the selection of both chocolate items and teas was impressive! We ended up getting several items from each store!
The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The selection is wonderful on both sides and I love the option of having fresh loose teas weighed out in front of you instead of buying prepackaged (which is also available)
Absolutely massive selections of both chocolate and teas over allot of the chocolate is local as well.Every time I've been in here the service was great and helped me

Use to love Encore Chocolates and Teas but had an extremely poor experience visiting on 2/26/22. It was clear the staff didn’t want to be there and would prefer not to be bothered with questions.If the poor customer service wasn’t enough my sister 7-months pregnant when purchasing all of her tea had to use the restroom. It use to be that they had restrooms right outside of the shop.When she asked the employee they replied rudely and said we don’t have public restrooms they are only for employees didn’t you read the sign. In the employee defense there was a sign, that we had not seen. It’s sad to have to see my sister so upset after being shamed for having an overactive bladder while pregnant.
Second time back here. All the teas I've been trying are really good. When i was looking for chicory root stuff they were super helpful ?
A cute shop with so many great tea blends to choose from! And some of the weirdest chocolate I've ever seen, but in a good way.
Found some really great teas that I haven't been able to get my hands on in a couple of years besides online. I also found the prices to be very reasonable!
