The burritos here are amazing! They are also absolutely massive. A good deal for your money. My favorite is the Charro burrito, but you really can't go wrong.
If you search El Taco Amigo, it is recommended to Order Online. DON'T. They will take your payment, but refuse service. See the same complaint in a review from three weeks ago. The money has been deducted from my account, but El Taco Amigo states that they don't accept online orders any longer. Obviously you do, but don't know how to update your Order Hero and/or Google profile. Their only recommendation was "contact your bank". We will no longer do business with El Taco Amigo or any of their affiliates. My guess is that they are pocketing these payments and Order Hero is taking the hit when the consumer files a fraud claim. Either way, SHADY...
My only complaint is the consistency. When the California Burrito is on point and nicely proportioned and rolled right and that salsa has extra fire ? it dam well might be the best meal in this town.
Ordered food through postmaster, which is recommended by the taco amigo. Showed up and they said they cant take orders anymore online. Have to file complaint to get money back!!! Used to eat here multiple times a week, called corona tacos which is their parent company they said "oh thats fine if your upset you dont have to eat here anymore" Good food, poor attitude people. Waited 25min to be told no food was ever made, now i have to wait somewhere else.
Went for a late lunch on a week day. Seemed like there was one, maybe two people working, but food arrived promptly. Good service, good food, (I had the Torta Asada, Kathie had a burrito), and the place was clean and nicely decorated. I plan to visit again.
This is about the most authentic tasting Mexican food truck I know. I ordered the 3 tacos plate and my husband ordered the chicken fajitas salad. Took a little bit to find it from DuPont but it was worth it.
Skinniest burrito ever! They didn’t even put salsa in the burrito after ordering it “con todo”! Nothing compared to taco brothers behind good year tire shop. Over priced and they charge extra for everything.. the horchata was not good it had way toooo much cinnamon. Overall not satisfied..Of course I have more options…. I was trying your food to see if I like it..that was our first time there.. I didn’t say the food was nasty I said it’s over priced for such a skinny burrito no salsa and very little crema also the extra charges for everything. I did say the horchata wasn’t the best but that’s only a drink….
After my husband went and got me a burrito from another place..... I only have one request. No beans cuz of health issues... And when he brought it home it was full of beans so he went to taco amigo to get me a different one. It was so good. Refreshing taste. Even my husband took a bite and said... Wow, that's good. Wasn't as big as the 10 pounds of bean burrito he originally brought home to me that will be fed to chickens but it's so tasty.
5/5 stars for taste, quality and value. Taking a peek into their kitchen inspires confidence that they are doing things the right way. Dependable and reliable taco truck which has never failed me.
This is the best Mexican food. Nice people who work their and the food is amazing. I just got 4 of the best Taco's ever. I have had their fajitas and burritos and chili relleno.
