Cheap birthday venue for a child, but their food is beyond disgusting and made my tummy hurt for days! Their pizza is dry greasy cardboard, and their salad bar is the only thing remotely edible there! If you are coming from a developing country to eat here, or if one had just got out of prison, I am sure, for them, that the food is great! Up your game with the food and customer service, and possibly an armed guard in your woke "gun free zone" ???
Fun place to take the kids! Lots of games.. I miss the old ticket system as it felt more rewarding, yet it is way easier using cards to manage your tickets and points.They offer unlimited plays for different intervals (30min, 1hr) etc. They also have points. I find it better to have a point card vs time card for younger kids, I think you get more value from it.Though with an older kid 7+ a time card could be better value.Their pizza is actually really good compared to other places. Their prices for food reflect good quality. I remember the old days when the pizza was cardboard tasting. It's definitely improved!The staff have always been great at this location! Very friendly and curtious! I'm glad this place made it through the worst part of the pandemic as I always get a new photo from the car ride each visit (see photos for example).Your tickets never expire, save them up to redeem them at the counter for various toys or even cotton candy.They host birthday parties here, so inquire within!
Came here with my wife, Daughter, and nephews, Pretty decent experiences with staff trying their best, Although a couple mistakes happened at the ordering counter due to the front staff being unable to properly hear me over the other patrons and music. Pizza was good even with burnt crust. Stuffed crust was the best to me. None of the stage/party tables were being used. Convenient timing had mostly polite other patrons but luck is not always in your favor.
Ole stand by. Most the games work had a couple that didn't work, was very busy the day I was there but never had to wait to play games. Prizes are ridiculous amounts of tickets (big surprise) they have a way to "upgrade" tickets for a penny each, would be much more fulfilling to just bring the prizes down in ticket amount? I'm sure it works to their benefit and if it keeps them going then whatever! My 2 kids & niece had a great time and never were bored. I recommend *not* going on a weekend as there were 3 birthday parties when we were there!
I was there for an hour+ with family. They were busy however, every table that was not being used as families had left were dirty. No one came out to remove dishes etc. I looked for a seat while my great grandson was playing and there were none. I could have ate at a dirty table but… and yes I took pictures. I will not share here but if management wants to see them let me know. There was one young person sweeping up where there was no need. So training or extra help??!! Very disappointed ??
1st time there with my grandson and he loved it! The staff was super nice and prices where decent.
Place was clean and we experienced great customer service. Our kids ran around and had a great time. We didn't eat there but the pizza looked decent and they have their salad bar that also looked good.
We had our party here. My daughter's enjoyed it. Party host could have been a bit more attentive, had questions and was no where to be found, but it was busy there so I can't complain too much, I understand how it is sometimes. Over all good experience.
Our experience was terrible, The Pizza was incredibly salty, the Salad bar had less food than normal with a higher price.The pineapple was bad/had turned/fizzing in our mouth, the cucumber and bell pepper was bitter, lettuce was rusted/turning bed.No entertainment and or they didn't know how to fix it, trash everywhere and the ground.No announcement for chucke when he was coming out or chucke dance.Cleaning staff was playing games more often than cleaning, there was rarely anyone at counter and no kid check when leaving.We heard other families complaining about the issues when they were having a birthday party.Unfriendly staff, didn't receive certain food/sauce for our pizza because our child has special food needs.Wings were too peppery when they were plain, all around had a very bad experience.We won't be ordering food from here again if we com to visit again.
Fun place and my kid loves the videos
