Glad we found this amazing farm-to-table restaurant. All the vegetables are cooked very well. Roasted asparagus is a must-try seasonal dish. Everything on the table are fresh, well-balanced, and flavorful. The service is friendly and gives you the right amount of attention. Great spot for hangout, date night or out-of-town guests. We’ll definitely check in this place again.
Chicory is such a fantastic restaurant! Every item is so thoughtfully prepared and executed. Elise and the whole team are just amazing people. Some of my favorite dishes are their vegetarian options, but the chicken sandwich is definitely my favorite!
Went to Chicory for the first time on Saturday at 3pm. Not exactly lunch or dinner time but they were open and looked well attended. The menu looked interesting and the waiter was very helpful in navigating the gluten free items. We both had a delicious cocktail and the food was good. Ambiance was nice and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Best part is the prices were reasonable…. Desert was good too!
Excellent all around. Food was delicious with interesting ingredients and complex flavors, textures that danced in the mouth. It smelled and looked beautiful, to boot. Our service was outstanding. Only fault would be the loud dudes at the bar, but that’s not the restaurant fault.
Literally if you haven't eaten at Chicory go do it right now. Their chicken sandwich is a classic! Their specials are so incredible with delicious taste and texture combos. Bartenders offer innovative new drinks and are on point with all the favorites. The staff are exceptional and I wish I could eat all meals here because I know Elise wouldn't disappoint.
This is a fun place, great food with a deep southern US slant. We sat at the bar and enjoyed ourselves. This place is small and very popular, make a reservation if you can.
Fresh, delicious and innovative. The lamb special was pure heaven. Incredibly impressed by the beet galette, some of the best pastry and creamy smoky goat cheese! Natural wines pair perfectly with the food. Ideal spot to come with friends and share a special dinner together
Tasty New Orleans style food! We got the Gumbo and Chicken burger - both tasty. Braised greens were quite salty, but tasted good. Decor was beautiful and service friendly. They add a 20% to all bills, so no tip needed.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Definitely one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Ingredients were top-quality, expertly prepared; service was exquisite! Can't recommend this place highly enough.
Great farm to table downtown Olympia, my wife found this spot and wanted to check it out. Next to Cascadia Grill on Columbia between 4th and State. Our 8 y/o daughter accompanied us for a lunch that we will sure to remember. It helps that we have pictures to enjoy.
