If I could rate them lower I would. Placed an order online 3 hours before they're due to close and they had cones across the drive through while the drive through line light was still on and supposed to be open. I pulled into the parking lot and tried opening the door to find it locked. Got back in the car and called the restaurant, could see them inside closing up the store early, they didn't answer the phone. No way for me to get a refund either. The second I pulled out they turned off the lights and came out to the vehicle. Great professionalism.
This spot is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes, food is fresh and delicious. Juicy fresh burger, treated with care.Other visits, the burgers taste like they were in the heat cabinet for 2 hours and the bun smashed with a giant thumbprint.Nuggets and fries are also a total gamble. Sometimes they're clearly fresh and other times they're cold, dessicated like they were made ages ago.Also, customer service is equally random. Sometimes, they're awesome and friendly. Other times they are unmasked and act angry that you're bothering them.They're always out of the Impossible Whopper and have tried to charge me full price for a veggie whopper (no meat). That was obviously on a surly staff, cold fries visit
So the chicken nuggets are 8 for $1.49. great deal. Fries were crispy and good but... The chocolate shake chocolate did not taste like chocolate to me. Won't try that again. Would have preferred strawberry but not an option
Just got home after ordering a fish sandwich with cheese.. i said with cheese 3 times just to clarify i wanted cheese. A large frys and onion rings...i get home. No cheese on the sandwich. Must have been reheated 3 times the fish was like rubber. The onion rings must have been fryed twice burnt and no flavor at all. ive been a cook for years worked 7 different restaurants. Ive eaten some bad fast food but this was the all time worst fast food ive ever had. I will never be going back.
I went through he drive thru and this is the second time in a row that I saw someone in the kitchen texting on their phone. might as well take orders on a dirty toilet seat. Phones have more bacteria on them than anything. They were also not wearing gloves and masks were at half mast.
Used to be pretty questionable. New employees were really good this time. If they keep it up I'll change my review to a 5. New chiking is bomb by the way!
The worst burger king service ever. Very unprofessional people that work here. I'm worried they have spit on my food. They don't care if you they good customer service or not. Foods always cold, food never looks like the picture.
Fast service. Tasty food. When ordering during high traffic times it can be difficult to hear the drive through person.
The breakfast eggnormous burrito use to be so good. But now it’s really small and they fill it up with eggs barely meat nor the hash browns??♀️ This is very disappointing
This is extra sauce. The 5 employees were laughing and giggling so much that they couldn’t hear my order over the intercom or at the window. It was a Sunday evening, the fries and chicken had old oil taste
