I purchased a chicken sandwich a few weeks ago that was still raw. Unfortunately I didn’t discover this until I got home. I have called and my calls have not been returned. I have filed complaints and the store won’t respond to headquarters nor to me. I strongly do not recommend this location to anyone. This isn’t the first time but this time I got sick.
Tried to order an impossible whopper Thru the app, on Whoppee Wednesday when it is the same $3 price as the regular Whopper. I didn't recall an option to choose the impossible whopper so when I got up to the speaker I tried to correct the mistake. They refused to give me an impossible whopper and said they had to make the sandwich as ordered, and could not refund me I had to do it through the app. I let them know I couldn't click on the order, that it wasn't loading so I could not request a refund and they said I know this is frustrating and then prceeded to ignore me. Won't ever be returning to this location
You can't order from inside so 4 ofuswalked up to the drive thru window to order and they refused to takeout order there wasn't any cars and the employees were sitting on the counters tossing ketchup packets back and forth yet they couldn't take our order. We were ordering for 8 people we work with and they refused to let us order. I'll never go to BK again
I came here after a HORRIBLE night at work. I wanted pancakes and got so much more. I was greeted and made to feel human. Kim took my order and was so nice to me, I had to shake her hand. I let her know she completely made my week and I am forever grateful to have stopped here. Kim, you are the best! I'm so grateful to God for placing you in my path.
There is one manager that keeps this mess at best "Ok cool, that is what my order was supposed to be." She is genuinely nice to deal with and seems sincere in the pursuit of giving a paying customer a good meal.Rolling the dice hoping she is working is not worth the risk after today.Dear franchise owner: if you enjoy money, you should probably fix this place or gtfo.
Just went through the drive thru, was greeted at the speaker and asked what I wanted, I proceeded to give my order only to be told by the person “I’m sorry I was walking away, can you repeat that, I heard a #6” I repeat my order and maybe she was “walking away again” because they still got it wrong! I work close and it’s convenient but I think this Burger King is done getting my business and should train their people on customer service!!!!
Like all 'fast'-food places since COVID it is terribly slow. When I got to window they handed me someone else's online order and took it back to whip up a new spicy ch'king for me. Somehow it and the freshly scooped unsalted fries were at best tepidly warm.
Been going to this BK for many years and never had a problem, however, tonight a young gal at the drive thru was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Clearly she needs a different job. Did not end up getting food here since she was so rude. I would completely understand if I was being a jerk but I was 100% not at all. Anyways, I hope she ended up having a good night. I am good on not going here every again, that’s how unkind I felt she was.
Worst burger King in thurston county. The employees are nearly always rude. The food is usually subpar. And they constantly ruin any order we have had at this location.
