Whyyyyy did it take 30 minutes to get through this drove through? Yes, I am aware of the employee shortage but man, that's entirely too long to wait for "fast food".Employee at the window was very kind, though.
Waited in line for over 40mins got my order ,so happy I have my order and got home. Unwrapped the 2 french dip and the 2 fish and 1 Rueben. The Rueben was so soggy the bread was falling apart all the way through! small lump of corned beef and half a piece of swiss cheese !! THe fish burgers were the same soggy and that was without the lettuce and tomato! Dared to open the 2 French Dips (MY usual favorite) Ha! Bread was ok meat was circa half as much as before, and yes a half a slice of swiss cheese on each one. Called the place on Harrison and explained the problems, asked if they could deliver a reorder since this one was uneatable. Apparently they had no delivery drivers even though the web says the do deliver and they use "Doordash". It was suggested I come back to the store and pick up a new order. Screem! I already waited 40mins in drive through line, wondering If I would run out of gas before I finally got to the window. Can't say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the moment and I will think hard and fast about trying this arbys again since this is not the first order problem from there. O.K. wait for it, I got ALL this for only $33 ! P.S. I did feel sorry for the young man who did seem new, he tried very hard to be calm and helpful . GRRRR!
I was at the Arby's store #1866 in Olympia at 12:30 today. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. They were rude and I had a roast beef they didn't even ask if I wanted sauce so I had a dry sandwich..... last time I went there it was a 20 minute wait.... I think they need more people working .
So, here's the thing. I'm allergic to good food. I told them I was allergic to good food...and they STILL SERVED ME GOOD FOOD !! SO ANGRY AND SATISFIED !
A great alternative to a burger fast food chain. The food always tastes fresh and the curly fries are a family favorite.
They don't carry their avertise food. Lost a star... you need to have the same menu across all sroreS
The food is always good. The french dip is awesome!They do not pay attention when they ask you a questions. I have not received the sauces I have asked for my last three trips. Also the cardboard straw is horrible on the lips.
While in season (February & March?) they make the best fish sandwich you can get at any fast food restaurant, hands down. The Jamocha milkshake and crinkle-cut fries can't be beat either!
It's Arby's, some people can eat it, others can't. Tried their Diablo Dare and it was the the best thing they've ever made.
Wow....so the whole neighborhood lost power around dinner so we went to Arby's to get everyone fed and they were able to accommodate our entire order with lightning speed .....huge kudos to the Arby's crew we all really appreciated warm food that night
