The service was fast but quality of food has dropped. I ordered the Mozzarella Cheese as an app. Those tasted splendid. The burger i ordered however was disgustingly bad. The burger looked smashed and as if it was dropped on the floor. Flavor was lacking. The fries were okay. Overall not very good for the entrees but really good appetizers.
We ate here the night of March 31st for a birthday and the service was horrible. (China (sp) was our server) From not getting one of our appetizers (was comped) to waiting over 30 min for a drink refill. Would of been understandable if it was busy..... Thank goodness the hostess, Trinity, brought me a cup of water. Thank you young lady. I notified my server that we gad a birthday a couple times and after we got our checks reminded her again. She seemed upset but brought out a sundae with happy birthday written on the plate no song like usual. Then we walked to the stand and got our own to go containers. Just a really awful birthday and dinner experience. We have never had bad service here.....
Service experience was not good. We had notice the table behind us got their food first even though they sat 15-20mins after us. Plates were practically thrown onto the table as the waitress walking by and not stopping. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. We had to ask 3 different people just to get some bbq sauce. It also took 2 different people to get us a Togo box. Was never checked up on for anything even though the table behind us got constantly checked on.
Great place to hang out. The food here is pretty good and has great variety. I appreciate the accommodation of providing more tortilla for finishing off the dip (you have to ask, politely.) Servers and chefs here take great care for your best experience.
4 stars for food but as for customer service, 2 stars. Our waiter made it feel like he either had a long day or just didn't want to be there. We actually gave someone else a better tip than him. She was very polite and tended to our every need but when we gave her the tip, she was like "oh, I'm sorry, I'm not your server" so we said we don't care, you did better than our actual server!
The hostess was courteous and very attentive. Given it wasn't busy, it didn't take too long to receive our meals after placing our order. Having said that, the issues began here.I ordered the Prime Rib Dipper that came in almost cold. The fries weren't warm in the slightest which made them very unappetizing and the accompanying Au Jus being barely warm. My husband had similar issues with his order even though his meat was overcooked. The flavor was more or less there but the temperature really affected the meal.Later that day, both our stomachs didn't agree. This evidence made it clearer that our order wasn't handled properly.With that, we'll not be coming back.
1 star because that is minimum. Ordered food to pick up including 3 steaks, 2 med and 1 med well. Picked up food with no problem but when we got home the steaks were all cold. Oh no, not because we live an hour away, more like 15 minutes, but because they were all cooked extremely rare to the point of raw! So being hungry I finished cooking mine and tried to eat it. Worst steak I have ever eaten! It was tough, full of tendons, terrible, they all were. Called and were refunded for the steaks but the damage is done! I will never eat at Applebee's again!
I definitely see why this Applebee's is rated so high. The service from the hostess, server, to management was super amazing. They definitely made my lady and I feel welcomed there. I definitely do appreciate a great business.
Loved our waitress, at the end of her shift, she was engaging, upbeat, very helpful. I ordered the riblet platter, the ribs were good, the fries were warm & old. My husband & daughter were very happy with their orders. The fries were the only negative.
I'm certain they just take the TV dinners out of the box and heat them in the microwave.I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp; it came without the Shrimp. The whole meal had hot and cold spots throughout. The entire time we were there the manger was yelling at the poor hostess that was doing nothing wrong.
