Completely disappointed in the food and service. This place has not been the same. The jambalaya flavors were terrible hot mess of left overs thrown in a pot, ie basically a rotisserie chicken crumbled into the bowl. The Waygu hamburger priced at $19.00 plus additional topping bringing this burger to $23.00 failed in taste and size based on the menu description. After years of enjoying this place, my husband and I along with close friends/family of ours will not be returning again.
The Cesar Salad was boring. Steak was excellent. Broccoli was surprisingly good. My wife's Panko Cod was excellent and we both liked the fries.
We made reservations and were seated within a minute from when we arrived. The view from our table was breathtaking and added to the ambiance. All of the wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the experience.
Not my first time there. I set up a reservation way in advance to only wait for almost an hour for a table. Which Iâve never experienced before for a reservation. Went to the bar and paid for two hard lemonades, believe they were Berry ones. Drank them found out they were not hard lemonades just lemonade. Had to pay for those and two new ones.. I thought that was also insane. The sitters was very nice but the food to follow was pretty bad. Girlfriend ordered the bbq shrimp and got something different and was really spicy so she didnât even touch it after a small coughing bout. I ordered the steak and shrimp. The shrimp were spicy but I managed, the steak was ordered at medium rare and I got that sucker in a hockey puck state. I told the waitress when I saw it, she just said Iâm sorry and brought us the check. $115 dollars later⦠I can say that I wonât be coming back here. The food quality declines each visit and the juice just isnât worth the squeeze. Fellas take your girl to the same location and pack a picnic dinner, save some cash and eat outside on the benches over looking the sound and thank me later.
We celebrated our anniversary here and everything was amazing from beginning to end. We sat outside on the patio. The view, food, drinks and dessert was perfect! Would definitely return and highly recommend. We enjoyed ourselves and it was a great experience.
The waitstaff are friendly and efficient. We had reservations through OpenTable for 6:30 and we waited almost 30 minutes despite having a reservation. We were told when we arrived that our request through OpenTable for a window seat couldn't be accommodated. Yet they sat us at a window table after waiting 30 minutes and there were other open tables, including window tables. For the high price point, the food was just ok. Cocktails were good.
Beautiful grounds and space. The food was well prepared fresh and delicious. Right on the waterfront and stunningly beautiful.
