I went here like at eight at night. Not only were they open but the food was awesome!!! Great asada burrito with a sopa and beans. I highly recommend eating here.

Tried quite a few taco trucks in the Skagit Valley. Tacos Guadalajara was the best by far. If you’re in the valley give them try. Great staff, friendly and professional. They’ve been here for 30 years.

We stopped here after picking up some tools in Burlington. Super tasty! We had veggie and barbacoa tacos that really hit the spot. The staff were super nice and friendly, we will definitely be stopping here for a quick bite whenever we’re in the area
