Today is June 4th at 11:48 I came in to Taco Bell so I used my order and the store manager named Crystal was extremely fruit told me that it doesn't matter that the customer wants it a certain way she's going to do it her way and then she doesn't care she loses her job this is how she talk to me I plan to be calling corporate I don't think a person like this should be running a store or even working in a store like that Will you have to be around people I immediately asked for my money back I will not be coming back to the store but I will make sure that this lady gets reported so unprofessional
I pick up Doordash orders from here and the employees are always friendly and the orders come out quickly. Lately I feel like there is a smoke problem, I feel like this location needs ventilation (like prop the door open!) you can literally see haze throughout the whole restaurant sometimes. I just worry about the health of the employees here.
I get great service when I go here I’ve encountered three different employees in the past week and they were all very nice very friendly smiled cared about their job they didn’t treat this job like it was just another fast food job they treated it like they really cared about their job they had the spirit of excellence on them all three employees I really appreciate that it really helped my appetite you can go to a restaurant and how they treat you can either ruin your appetite or increase it
I love their cinabun donuts and nachos but last few months it's been 50/50 on weather or not you received them cold on the inside or just a mess.
Super friendly service. But the one in Mount Vernon Washington and their intercom or the guy taking my order could not hear me very well and gave me something extra that I didn't even want and I paid for it when I went through it three times over with him he's still got it wrong maybe a better drive through intercom system
Taco Bell is a good easy go to place for vegetarian food. I always get the vegetarian crunch wrap Supreme. Hood value for the food.
food was good… made fast but hair in every one of my tacos :/
Ordered one night and they got one item wrong, so I go back the next day and let them know and to just give me the item I ordered, I don't need money back or anyrhing. The guy misunderstood stood me and charged me for two burritos....i laughed a little, went back the next day and talked to who I believe was a manager and explained what happened. He was super nice about it and resolved the issue quick and compensated me for the ordeal. His service made it easy to go back.

Been to this taco bell many times, always clean, friendly, and I've never gotten sick eaten here, not even once.
